Meet me in Buena Vista! I found a magical spot where the ocean meets the hot springs and decided it to call it home (for now).

Did you know that there is such a place where the hot springs bubbles beneath your feet as you stand in warm sand heated by the thermal waters and the waves envelope you in the beauty of the Sea of Cortez?

Yeah. It’s pretty magical. And I’d love to share the magic with you.

I teach here at the beautiful Buena Vista Oceanfront Hot Spring Resort. But even better I am collaborating with the resort to offer personal and group retreats.

If you feel called to do some deep healing, this is a perfect opportunity. The waters here are one of the most amazing I’ve found in the world. The hot tub is filed twice a day with the healing spring waters. The pool is mineral spring water only. And the ocean with its magical natural spring is only steps away.

Some of you have asked about leaning how to heal your little ones. We can create a session where you learn to be master mama healer. Or we could do some partner massage work to incorporate your significant other. The possibilities are limitless. The magic is you!

Why are we taught to fear our “symptoms”? Why are we so quick to label them as “bad”? Why do we deny our body the opportunity to truly heal? Why are we so disempowered, disconnected, disassociated?

It’s time to turn the tides. It’s time to empower ourselves. Time to call back our innate healing powers. Time to truly step into our role as CREATOR. Time to allow our SPIRIT to nourish our soul which in turn heals our body. It’s time to stop denying ourselves of our true powers.

4/4/2021 - 清明(Qing Ming) Clear Brightness. Seasonal node 5 of 24

Many of you have reached out lately to tell me that you have been feeling the call of your ancestral ties. It’s amazing how intuitively, we just know.

This node is traditionally a time when we pay respects to our ancestors by visiting the gravesites to clear out the debris that have grown over and polish out the tombstones that have been neglected.

As we clear away the over growth we begin to rediscover ourselves, where we came from, our purpose, our truths. And as we begin to polish the tombstone, it is not just the marker of our past lineage that begins a to shine, but us too. The organic brilliance of our being begins to shine through. In restoring the gravesites of those that walked the earth before us, we restore ourselves.

Every year around this time I make a trek down to LA to pay respects to all four of my grandparents. Missed doing so last year. But this year it was extra special to do so on the exact day of the node.
