The development of self-worth is the practice of no longer denying yourself what you find to be beautiful. You see a piece of clothing you would love to wear and your heart instantly gives you a little warmth to say “yes.” Then your mind interrupts your flow and says, but not on you. You see a place you’d love to live, and you envision all that might unfold there. Then your mind interrupts and says, but not for you. You imagine a creative project that would light you up on the inside, but your mind interrupts and says, for a better artist. If you enter a lovely, peace-filed hour, do not let your mind interject and remind you that such lovely, little things are not for you. In the quiet, allow yourself to experience what you once believed you didn’t deserve.

💚✨ A Heartfelt Thank You ✨💚

Today, I offered my first group distance Reiki healing, and my heart is full of gratitude.

To each of you who chose to participate, thank you for trusting me to be a vessel for this beautiful universal healing energy. Thank you for being open to receiving, for allowing me to share this offering with you, and for being part of something that feels so meaningful to me. 🙏🏼

Reiki is not about me doing the healing. It’s about creating space for this energy to flow, trusting that each person’s experience is their own, and offering it with love, compassion, and the purest intentions.

This free offering came from my heart, and being able to share it with all of you reminds me why I feel so called to this work.

Whether you felt something profound, experienced a quiet moment of peace, or simply took a little time for yourself, I’m grateful you were here. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. 💫

Thank you for your trust, your openness, and for allowing me to share this moment with you. I’m sending each of you so much love and gratitude.

On October 17th at 5:00 PM CST, I’ll be sending Reiki energy out to anyone who feels called to join.

This won’t be a full Reiki session, but rather a collective offering of Reiki energy, shared with love and an open heart. 🌿

To clear your psychic weight, you must draw lines from one chapter to the next, end one version of yourself and welcome the next. You do not have to ruminate on what you once did because you are not that person anymore. You are different, and so is your life. With time, those memories will fade into a distant recollection, and most will disappear forever. You are allowed to close the door. You are allowed to let go. You are allowed to find your new, solid ground in the knowledge that you have learned the lessons you needed to, and you will walk forward with more grace, more self-awareness, and more patience. You will become who you always needed to be.
