I debated whether to post these photos.

I look super lean, and while 20-year-old me would have thought this was the ultimate goal, the truth is, this isn’t something I can maintain all year round. And honestly, I don’t want to.

Because my body is not here to be kept at its leanest.

It’s here to carry me through hard seasons, heavy workouts, emotional weeks, tired mornings, busy days, and all the moments where life asks more from me than I thought I had.

So yes, I can celebrate this version of me.
My body has not yet let me down.

And that feels like a much better goal than being lean forever.

I used to really hate running … but with “Yes” friends we’ve changed it into a hop, skip and a sweaty workout 💪
Definitely recommend turning it up a notch with Micronised Creatine (it has BCAA’s and electrolytes 😁). Stronger all round!
