One of the most valuable things we can give each other is space to process our reactions to stressful events.

We all experience things differently and fear is a very normal response that the nervous system has when faced with danger.

Now that things appear safer here in Puerto Vallarta, it's time to come back to balance and remind our bodies that we are safe.

Take a deep breath and notice your surroundings, feel your feet on the ground, hum, sing or give yourself a neck massage.
