五十肩（冻结肩）是一种肩关节疾病，主要表现为疼痛和活动受限。通常分为三个阶段：
1️⃣ 冻结期：肩部逐渐疼痛，活动范围减少
2️⃣ 冰冻期：疼痛减轻，但僵硬感加剧，肩关节活动严重受限
3️⃣ 解冻期：肩部逐渐恢复活动，但需要时间
🤔 为什么我会患上五十肩？
- 可能长期缺乏运动或活动。
- 肩关节受伤或手术后康复不充分。
