Sleep is so important for us. Take the nap. Drink some water. Your brain deserves better than running on emergency mode.

Sometimes, people are struggling while still appearing “fine” on the outside. Mental health challenges do not always look the way we expect them to.

You deserve support even if your pain feels invisible.
At the same time, it’s important to remember that “high-functioning depression” is not a formal mental health diagnosis.

Everyone’s experiences are different, and a proper assessment with a qualified mental health professional is important to understand what someone may be going through. 🤍
