Our Pre-vocational training is aimed at adolescents and young people aged 12 to 20 with autism spectrum disorder, Dyslexia, ADHD, Celebral Palsy, Down Syndrome or other disabilities. The program designed to prepare a young adult for the performance of useful paid work in sheltered setting or community. It involves training in basic work skills and counselling as required for a typical employment s

etting. It will result in overall improvement of functionality and social adaptation, with the ultimate goal of equal social inclusion.

🧇❤️ Cooking with love – Waffle Day! ❤️🧇

Today our students had a wonderful time making delicious waffles! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳✨ Through this fun cooking activity, they learned to follow instructions, take turns, improve fine motor skills, and build independence. 💪🌟

From mixing the ingredients 🥣, pouring the batter 🍯, to enjoying their freshly made waffles 🧇😋, every step was filled with excitement, learning, and smiles! 😊💖

Nothing is sweeter than seeing their confidence grow while creating something tasty with their own hands. 🌈👏

🌋🧪 LOVE THE SCIENCE: VOLCANO ERUPTION! 🌋🧪

Today, our students became little scientists and explored the exciting world of volcanoes! 🤩

👩‍🏫 What the teacher taught:
✅ How volcanoes are formed
✅ What causes a volcanic eruption
✅ The difference between lava, magma, and ash
✅ Basic science concepts through a fun hands-on experiment

🌟 Celebrating Excellence

Every child has a story. Every achievement has a journey.

Today, we are honoured to celebrate another meaningful milestone achieved by one of our students, Tyson. ❤️

Tyson recently achieved a perfect score of 100% in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mathematics in his mid-year assessment and was awarded a Perfect Score Trophy by his school.

When Tyson’s parents shared this wonderful news with us, they thanked everyone who had supported him throughout his journey. Their message deeply touched our hearts.

Behind every achievement, there is always a story that others may not see.

🌟 Every Child Has Potential

Today, we celebrate a milestone that reminds us why early intervention matters.

Aaron recently received his school’s Progress Award – Potential Award, an award presented to students who have demonstrated meaningful growth throughout the year.

His class teacher shared something that touched our hearts:

“At the beginning, Aaron was very shy and rarely interacted with his classmates. Today, he is much more cheerful, confident, enjoys making friends, and follows classroom instructions well.”

These words may seem simple, but behind them are months—and sometimes years—of dedication, patience, teamwork, and an unwavering belief that every child can learn, grow, and thrive with the right support.

【曾被霸凌、成绩吊车尾，她却一路读到马大博士！】大马女生清晨4点苦读逆袭，拿下国家元首奖学金

有些人的人生，不是一开始就站在聚光灯下。

她曾经因为身高被同学嘲笑，成绩也不是班上最亮眼的那一个。小组作业时，甚至常常变成那个没人想要组队的人。对一个学生来说，这种感觉很伤，不只是成绩压力，而是连“自己有没有价值”都会开始怀疑。

但就是这样一个曾经被看轻、被排在后面的大马女生，最后一路读到马来亚大学博士班，还拿下国家元首奖学金。

这个逆袭，真的不是靠一句“加油”就能走出来的。

这名女生是 Lee Yu Shi，目前是马来亚大学工程学院化学工程系一年级博士生，同时也是国家元首奖学金得主。

现在看起来，她站在很多人羡慕的位置：名校博士、奖学金得主、研究领域也有未来发展价值。但她一路走来的起点，并没有大家想象中那么顺。

据报道，从小学到中学，“你很矮”这类话几乎一直跟着她。身高成了别人嘲笑她的理由，成绩也曾经在班上吊车尾。明明跟大家坐在同一间课室，她却常常需要花更多力气，才能追上别人已经听懂的内容。

更难受的是，小组作业时，她也常常不被选择。

这种学生时代的孤立，其实很多大马人都懂。不是每个孩子都会说出口，但被排挤、被比较、被贴标签的感觉，会慢慢让一个人觉得：是不是我真的不够好？

Lee Yu Shi 也曾经这么想过。

她一度不想去上学。可是庆幸的是，在她最没有信心的时候，老师没有放弃她。这一点很关键。因为有时候，孩子不是不想变好，而是还没有遇到一个愿意相信他可以变好的人。

后来，她下定决心改变自己。

别人读一遍，她就反复复习到真正明白。她每天清晨4点起身读书，一直读到早上6点。那个时间天还没亮，环境安静，没有太多干扰，她就利用这两个小时，一点一点把基础补回来。

听起来只是“早起读书”，但真正做过的人都知道，这不是一天两天的热血，而是长期跟自己拉扯。

当同龄人还在睡，她已经坐起来翻书。当别人觉得她不行，她就用一次又一次复习，把“不行”慢慢变成“我可以”。这种改变，不是突然开挂，而是很笨、很慢、很硬地撑出来。

除了学业，她也没有把自己关在书本里。她积极参与学生社团，曾经担任辩论员，也做过同侪辅导员。也就是说，她不只是把成绩追回来，还把自己的表达能力、心理韧性和与人相处的能力，一步步练起来。

这点其实很值得大马家长和学生看见。

很多时候，我们太习惯用一次考试、一个排名、一个标签去判断一个孩子。成绩差，就觉得他不够努力；安静，就觉得他没本事；被排挤，就觉得他不合群。可是一个孩子真正需要的，有时候不是更多羞辱，而是有人愿意给他时间、给他方法，也给他一点相信自己的空间。

Lee Yu Shi 后来进入马大深造，并在化学工程领域继续研究。她目前的研究方向是催化液化技术，也就是通过催化剂将塑料废料转化为石油。相比传统需要高温和大量能源的处理方式，这项研究有望成为更高效、节能、也更可持续的替代方案。

从被嘲笑身高，到研究塑料废料转化能源；从班上吊车尾，到成为国家元首奖学金得主。这个跨度，不只是“励志”两个字可以概括。

这件事为什么值得大家关心？

因为它提醒我们，很多孩子不是没有潜力，只是潜力曾经被霸凌、比较、否定和环境压力盖住了。一个老师的坚持、一个孩子的自律、一段没有放弃自己的日子，真的可能改变人生方向。

当然，不是每个人都一定要拿奖学金、读博士，才叫成功。但 Lee Yu Shi 的故事让人看到一件事：起点不好，不代表终点就被决定了。曾经跑在后面的人，只要还愿意继续跑，就有机会走到别人没想到的地方。

在马来西亚，我们常常讲教育改变命运。可真正的教育，不只是把成绩好的孩子推得更高，也是在一个孩子觉得自己不够好时，有人愿意告诉他：你还可以再试一次。

有些逆袭不是突然变强，而是在没人看好的日子里，仍然选择每天多努力一点。走得慢没有关系，只要没有停下，人生就还会有翻盘的那一天。

Today our little heroes learned how to stay calm, listen carefully, and escape safely during a fire emergency drill. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️💨

Some were ready to be firefighters 👨‍🚒, some were emergency leaders 📢, and a few were trying to save their imaginary treasure first! 💰🤣

Through this fun role-play activity, we practiced:
✅ Following instructions
✅ Safety awareness
✅ Teamwork
✅ Staying calm under pressure

Good news: Everyone escaped safely! 🎉
Bad news: Nobody got to slide down a firefighter pole. 😆🔥
