除了空腹血糖，餐后2小时血糖同样重要，更能反映身体调节血糖的能力。

📌 心率
起床后30分钟内测量较佳，测量前先静坐5分钟，避免运动、喝咖啡或情绪激动后立即测量。

早晨起床后、呼吸平稳时测量最准确。测量时保持手指温暖，避免指甲油影响读数。
