There’s something special about seeing more travellers choosing our cooking class as part of their Sarawak journey. 💛

We’re truly honoured to be a small part of the memories they create while exploring our culture through food.

Last weekend was filled with laughter, hands-on cooking, and plenty of fruit tasting! From familiar tropical fruits to those they had never seen before, their curiosity and excitement made the experience even more memorable.

It was such a pleasure welcoming Geri, Kate & family, and Deb & Ben to our cooking class. From exploring local ingredients to preparing traditional dishes together, every moment was filled with laughter, learning, and wonderful conversations.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Katherine and her lovely group from the UK! 🇬🇧✨

After living in Kuala Lumpur for the past eight years, Katherine chose to experience Sarawak through our Indah Cooking Class—and we couldn’t be happier to be part of their journey.

From exploring the local market to cooking and enjoying authentic Sarawak dishes together, it was a day filled with great food, laughter, and wonderful memories. ❤️

A favourite in Sarawak, and a favourite of Team Indah too! 🧡 When participants asked for something more everyday, more comforting, we happily obliged. Butter chicken is that dish - rich, familiar, and always bringing smiles around the table.

Despite the rainy weather, Barbara with her partner from Germany and Eloise with Haji from the USA embraced every moment, discovering fresh Sarawak ingredients and connecting over a love for new flavors. It was truly special.✨

From batik to the kitchen ✨
After joining our batik painting session, Marlie and Siri messaged us later asking if we could host a cooking class for them—and of course, we said yes!
