For the first time, the Sport Massage Level 1 & Kinesiology Taping Course is now brought to Miri!

This is a great opportunity for sport science students, fitness trainers, therapists, and anyone interested in sports rehabilitation to learn hands-on practical skills without needing to travel to West Malaysia.

During this 3-day course, participants can learn:
💪 Sport Massage Techniques for muscle recovery
