What is actually HIRARC?

It is to identify the main hazard in the site and action could be taken ealier as a preventive.

Yes, many confuse whether the aspect and impact are also part of the Hazard identification. The answer is yes. It's not only pollution for the environment but also eventually impacts humans in the long term.

So when identify dont forget your environmental issues also cause the impact to the safety and health in long term that should be taken into consideration.

Term that is supposedly used in HIRARC during the inspection for the machinery, which is important for understanding, rather than using funny terms like 'pinch', 'punch hole' and others.

These terms are not correct when written in the HIRARC and are confusing. These are the correct term that can be standardize and used.

Finally, buy all new regulation books after a long time. It becomes very handy for us to check.
