It was a pleasure and privilege to be given the opportunity to share and raise awareness on Colorectal Cancer during the Protect Health. Build Trust. Grow Together. Health & Wellness Engagement with Zurich Takaful Active Club.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mawar Medical Centre and Zurich Takaful Active Club for providing this platform to educate and empower the community on the importance of colorectal cancer awareness.

Colorectal cancer remains one of the most common cancers, but early detection through timely screening and recognising warning signs can significantly improve treatment outcomes and save lives. Through this session, I hope participants gained valuable insights into prevention, risk factors, and the importance of seeking medical attention early.

Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in the session. Together, let us continue to promote awareness and encourage a proactive approach towards better health, because early detection truly saves lives.

Terima kasih atas jemputan untuk saya berkongsi mengenai kesedaran Kanser Usus bersama para ahli Persatuan Pesara Kerajaan Malaysia Bahagian Negeri Sembilan sempena AGM yang berlangsung di Mawar Medical Centre.

Dalam sesi kesihatan kali ini, saya membawakan topik berkaitan Kanser Usus, antara jenis kanser yang kerap berlaku namun sering dikesan pada peringkat lewat kerana simptomnya yang tidak begitu ketara pada peringkat awal.

Saya ingin mengingatkan bahawa perubahan tabiat membuang air besar, darah dalam najis, penurunan berat badan tanpa sebab yang jelas serta sakit perut yang berpanjangan tidak boleh dipandang ringan. Pengesanan awal melalui saringan seperti kolonoskopi mampu meningkatkan peluang rawatan yang lebih berkesan dan menyelamatkan nyawa.

Terima kasih kepada semua peserta yang hadir dan memberikan perhatian serta komitmen sepanjang sesi berlangsung. Semoga perkongsian ini dapat meningkatkan kesedaran tentang kepentingan penjagaan kesihatan usus serta menggalakkan amalan saringan secara berkala demi kesihatan yang lebih baik.
