Little Leaps Learning Integration

Little Leaps Learning Integration As a reflex integration coach, I help children improve focus, coordination, and emotional balance through movement-based techniques like Brain Gym.

By integrating primitive reflexes, I unlock the brain-body connection for growth and well-being.

Meet Lulu, Little Leaps weighted toy 🧸

✨ Why weighted toys are great for children ✨

Weighted toys give gentle deep pressure that helps children feel calm, safe, and focused. 🤍

They can:
• Improve concentration
• Reduce anxiety and overwhelm
• Support body awareness
• Help with self-regulation

Perfect for little ones who need a bit of extra comfort and grounding during play or learning. 🌿

Diving into the weekend like….

Sometimes therapy looks like play… like crashing into pillows! 😊

But this activity actually has an important purpose.

Crashing into pillows gives children deep pressure through their muscles and joints. This stimulates the proprioceptive system, which helps the brain understand where the body is in space and helps calm and organise the nervous system.

For children who struggle with big emotions, impulse control, sitting still, or regulating their bodies, this type of “heavy work” can make a big difference.

In reflex integration sessions, movement like this helps the nervous system organise itself and supports the integration of retained primitive reflexes.

Movement is powerful therapy. Through play, we help the brain and body learn to work together. 🌱
