“BARRISTER, I STILL LOVE MY HUSBAND… BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK!” 💔

I asked her, “After everything you have been through, do you still love your husband?”
She looked at me and said;

“Barrister, I love him so much. But there is nothing that will make me go back to him.”
That answer carries a painful truth many married people don't want to hear:

You can make someone stop living with you without making them stop loving you.
Yes, your spouse may still love you and yet choose peace over your marriage.

Some husbands and wives think marriage gives them a permanent licence to insult, humiliate, threaten, disrespect and emotionally destroy each other simply because “we are married.”

No! Marriage is not a prison sentence.
And that famous statement, “If you don't like it, leave!” can become the most dangerous sentence you ever say to your spouse. 😂

Because one day, they may leave, not because they stopped loving you, but because they finally stopped tolerating how you make them feel.

Let me say something controversial:

Sometimes, the person who leaves the marriage is not the person who stopped loving; they may simply be the person who got tired of being hurt.

Arguments are normal in marriage. Disrespect should NOT be normal.

You can be angry without destroying your spouse's dignity.
You can disagree without using their deepest wounds as weapons.

You can correct without humiliating.
You can demand accountability without becoming abusive.

Remember: Every argument is either building a bridge back to each other or digging a deeper hole between you.

Don't wait until your spouse says, “I still love you, but I don't want you anymore.”

Because by then, your apology may arrive at a house where love still lives, but the relationship has already moved out. 💔😂

Some of the "couple goals" you admire on Facebook are only one serious argument away from divorce... but you would never know because the ring light is always on. 😳

Before you attack me, hear me out.

The biggest mistake many people make is believing that a happy page automatically means a happy marriage. It doesn't.

Some couples can post matching outfits in the morning and sleep in separate rooms at night.

Some upload long romantic captions after a heated argument just to convince the world that everything is perfect. Sadly, many people are now more committed to protecting their public image than protecting their private marriage.

On the other hand, there are couples who hardly post each other, yet they laugh together, pray together, solve problems together, and sleep with peace of mind.

The truth is this; A marriage is not successful because strangers are clapping for it online. It is successful because the husband and wife still choose each other when nobody is watching.

So, stop putting your spouse under pressure to "perform" for social media. Build a marriage that is peaceful in reality, not one that only trends on Facebook.

The happiest marriages don't always make the loudest noise online. Sometimes, silence is protecting what filters never can ❤️.

Now let's talk: Do you think some couples post too much just to prove their marriage is working, or is posting your spouse simply a way of expressing love? Be honest, this is a judgment-free discussion. 👇👇👇

Must every handshake at a wedding become a relationship investigation?

People attend social events to celebrate with the hosts, reconnect with old friends, and make new connections. That's one of the biggest reasons such gatherings exist.

So why should Nos Mirage exchanging phone numbers with someone at Peller and Jarvis' wedding suddenly become a national debate?

Since when did networking become a crime?

Not every smile has a hidden meaning. Not every conversation is an affair. Sometimes, we create unnecessary scandals simply because social media rewards gossip more than common sense.

If we continue turning every innocent interaction into content for online judgment, people will eventually become afraid to socialize at all.

My question is; If you meet someone at a wedding, exchange contacts for business, friendship, or future opportunities, have you done anything wrong?

👇 Let's hear your honest opinion. Keep it respectful.

STOP SCROLLING!

You made it into August! That alone is a testimony many prayed for but couldn't witness.

Before you ask God for another blessing, pause for a moment and thank Him for the priceless gift of life, good health, and His unfailing mercy.

Welcome to a brand-new month filled with fresh opportunities, new victories, divine favour, and unexpected blessings. May every closed door open in your favour.

May your efforts produce outstanding results, your tears turn into joy, and your home be filled with peace and laughter.

No matter how July ended, I pray that August will rewrite your story for the better. May this month remember you for good, and may God's grace go ahead of you in everything you do.

Happy New Month! May August favour us all beyond our expectations. Amen. 🙏❤️

August, be kind to us. We are entering with gratitude, faith, and great expectations! Happy New Month! 🌻

Before you complain about what July didn't give you... answer this honestly; Did July return you alive? If yes, then you have received the biggest miracle already.

Today marks the end of July. Seven months gone, and by God's grace, we are still standing. Some dreams came true, some are still loading, but one blessing we must never overlook is life and good health.

To my friends, followers, and loved ones, thank you for walking this journey with me. May God who kept us from January till today continue to guide and protect us.

If this year hasn't gone the way you planned, don't lose hope. The calendar is not finished, and neither is your story. As long as you are healthy and breathing, your testimony can still arrive before this year ends.

And please, don't let social media pressure you. Some people are posting vacations while secretly looking for who will pay their transport fare tomorrow! 😂 Count your blessings, stay grateful, and keep moving.

Thank You, Lord, for the gift of life. The remaining months shall be better than the first.

Alive.Healthy. Hopeful. That's more than enough reason to say, "Thank You, Lord!" 🙏❤️.

Don't forget to follow, share, like and comment, meanwhile use this one and hold body🤣🤣🤣🤣🤪🤪

"Marriage is not a retirement plan for your mirror!" 😄

Dear women, don't let marriage be the reason you stop taking care of yourself.

How did the lady who used to glow, smell nice, dress neatly and smile with confidence suddenly disappear after saying, "I do"? Some people joke that she transformed from a beauty queen into "Mgbeke" overnight. 😂

Take care of yourself, not because you're competing for your husband's attention, but because you deserve to feel beautiful and confident every single day. Looking good is a form of self-respect, not a favour to your spouse.

Marriage should add joy to your life, not make you abandon yourself. Your children should grow up seeing a mother who values herself, and your husband should still recognise the woman he fell in love with.

Now let's talk. Is it wrong to expect married couples to continue investing in their appearance, or is this expectation unrealistic with the demands of family life? Don't forget to share, like, comment and follow.
