If you want to shape the future, invest in the people who will create it. šŸ’œ

That’s one of the reasons The Mind Project focuses on secondary school students.

The teenage years come with A LOT.

Figuring out who you are.
Friendships.
Pressure.
Big decisions.
Dreaming about the future.

Yet, while young people are taught so many academic subjects, we don’t always teach them how to understand their emotions, manage stress, build resilience or ask for help.

And I think we can do better.

Schools have a unique opportunity to reach young people with these practical life skills, not because schools should become therapy centres, but because they are spaces where young people already learn, grow and spend so much of their time.

At TMHwithClaire, we believe education should prepare young people not just for exams, but for life.

The Mind Project is our little contribution to that vision.

One conversation at a time.

Some dreams live in your heart for years before they finally become projects.

For me, The Mind Project is one of those dreams. šŸ’œ

Long before it had a name, I kept asking myself:

What if we taught young people how to care for their minds before they reached a breaking point?

Because imagine a teenager who can solve complex maths, write brilliant essays and recite scientific theories...

…but has never been taught how to recognise chronic stress, process disappointment or ask for help.

That gap stayed with me.

Mental wellbeing shouldn’t be something we talk about separately from education. It affects how young people learn, relate, make decisions and grow.

That’s why The Mind Project exists.

To give young people practical tools to understand themselves, build resilience and make healthier choices.

This is more than our first project.

It’s the beginning of something I’ve dreamed about for a long time.

And honestly? We’re only just getting started.

At TMHwithClaire, we believe...
Young people deserve safe spaces to ask difficult questions.
Teachers deserve resources.
Parents deserve guidance.
Communities deserve hope.
And every individual deserves to know that their wellbeing matters.

These beliefs shape everything we do.
Every workshop.
Every conversation.
Every project.
Every partnership.
Because lasting change doesn't happen through awareness alone.
It happens when awareness becomes action.

Why mental health?

Honestly, when people hear ā€œmental health,ā€ many still think of the worst-case scenario.

But mental health is so much more than mental illness.

It’s how we think.
How we cope.
How we handle stress.
How we relate with people.
How we make decisions.

Basically, mental health is something every single one of us has. Just like physical health.

Some days, we’re doing great.
Some days, we need a little more care.

And that’s okay. šŸ’œ

The goal isn’t to never feel stressed, sad, angry or overwhelmed.

It’s to have the awareness, skills and support to navigate those feelings in healthy ways.

The earlier we start these conversations, the better equipped we become to understand ourselves and each other.

Mental wellbeing isn't separate from everyday life.

It shapes it.

If we can normalize conversations about physical health, can we do the same for mental health?

TMHwithClaire was born from a moment of weakness during COVID.

I noticed how many people were carrying invisible battles while still trying to look ā€œfine.ā€

And honestly? I was carrying a few myself.

So I decided to become the kind of help I needed.

A voice.

A safe space.

Someone willing to say, ā€œHey, you don’t have to pretend you’re okay all the time.ā€

I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, understood and practically supported.

But most importantly, everybody deserves to know that awareness is 50% of the work.

That belief has shaped every conversation, workshop, random idea šŸ˜… and every little thing that has grown into this community.

This page isn't about having all the answers.

It’s about creating a space where learning, healing and growth can happen.

I'm still figuring out what all of this is becoming (and honestly, I’m making more sense of it as we go šŸ˜‚), but I’m so grateful you’re here.

So…

The Gratitude Effect is basically how life gets better when you start appreciating the little things. It boosts your mood, strengthens your relationships, and makes you see the good in everything, kinda like a positivity ripple effect!
