What a powerful and inspiring opening ceremony on August 6th 2026 at Omedel Luxury Hotel, Enugu! as we commenced Glow Pulse 2.0 - our flagship Emotional Intelligence Bootcamp for Children 8-15. We had impactful sessions on:

CPR (practical session with the children fully involved) by Mrs. Ebere Nwafor, Disaster Management Officer and First Aid Trainer, Nigerian Red Cross, Enugu, Human trafficking (especially of children) by NAPTIP, Cancer awareness for children by Professor Theresa Nwagha, CEO of UNTH Foundation, Making the right career choice by Hon. The highlight of the day? Watching our amazing Ambassador, Isioma Idika (all the way from Abakaliki), draw and paint with her mouth — leaving everyone in complete awe! Isioma is a vibrant young girl living with cerebral palsy, and she reminded us all: There is NO excuse not to reach our full potential, no matter the challenges we face.

Proud of every child, every speaker, and every moment.

This is only the beginning! Next session: 11 Aug – Self Awareness + Self Regulation. Extras: Vocational Training + Digital Safety @ Hotel Presidential Enugu Don’t miss it!

In most parts of Nigeria, ambulances are often delayed or unavailable and quick action by a bystander in emergencies can mean the difference between life and death for accident victims, drowning cases, and sudden collapses needing immediate help. Trained hands keep blood flowing until help arrives. Conventional classes in schools rarely teach life-saving, practical first aid skills like CPR.
Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation is changing that. At GLOWPULSE 2.0 BOOTCAMP, children learn CPR, empowering young people to save lives right now, building a generation ready to act in emergencies.
Learn CPR. A Lifeline for Nigeria’s Young Heroes. Save a life.

CANCER AWARENESS IN CHILDREN: Too many people discover cancer too late simply because no one taught them the signs. Smart kids and families who act fast can change everything. Watch for:
* Lumps that don’t go away
* Pain that won’t stop
* Sudden weight loss
Tell a grown-up right away. Schools often skip these vital health lessons. COPE AND LIVE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS FOUNDATION is changing that. At our flagship GLOWPULSE 2.0 BOOTCAMP, kids learn the signs of cancer—gaining the knowledge and confidence to protect themselves and others while building healthy self-esteem and hope. Learn the signs. Be a hero. Save a life.

Coach Uzoamaka Nwachukwu, Co-Founder of the Cope and Live Mental Health Awareness Foundation and COLI Mentalhealth Academy, discussed the upcoming GlowPulse 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Bootcamp for children aged 8 to 15.

She highlighted the importance of developing advanced life skills from childhood, emphasizing that emotional intelligence (EQ) forms the foundation of academic, social, and emotional learning.

She also stressed the value of self-awareness, noting that children should build a strong personal identity alongside their academic or professional identities to deepen their self-knowledge.

Furthermore, she explained that children cannot ignore or suppress their emotions, as emotions significantly influence behavior. For this reason, emotional intelligence is essential in developing, shaping, and guiding positive behavior.
