Yes, it can be completely normal.
Many people think getting two periods in one calendar month is always a problem, but that's not necessarily true.
If you have a short menstrual cycle (for example, 21โ24 days), your period can come at the beginning of the month and then again before the month ends.
These are two different menstrual cycles, not two periods in the same cycle.
But if you're having bleโฌding much earlier than expected, very heavy bleโฌding, frequent irregular bleโฌding, it's important to see a healthcare provider to rule out other possible causes.
Remember, two periods in one calendar month can be normal. Two periods in the same menstrual cycle are not.
