I have explained to you time without numbers that, National Association of Patent Proprietary Medicine Dealers (NAPPMED) is optional not compulsory.

But, you see that Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) is the regulatory agency that are in charge of all pharmaceutical profession and training while NAPPMED is just an association and as far as Nigeria is concerned there is freedom of association.

Don't let anyone scope you that, once you join NAPPMED, you don't have any business with PCN, even NAPPMED chairman medicine store can be closed by PCN if he is abode with the regulations and heaven will not fall.

Take warning and do the needful as early as possible. You can use NAPPMED if they lock your shop in the court of law but, you can't sue PCN if they sealed your shop and if you try it, PCN will win you and court will still dash you some years imprisonment to go and chop free stone beans or ask you to pay fine for disturbing them or served you both jail term and fine.

Meanwhile, some Patent Medicine Vendor believe PCN can't locked their shop on their absent, lol... Even if you heard information that PCN are raiding and you close your shop, they will still sealed it in your absent and ask you to report like this woman shop, I was passerby and she use to open in the evening, still yet, it was sealed as usual.

It is not a joke, that is why when PCN are going out for raiding, they go with NDLEA and Armed Forces like Civil Defence and Police because of the stubborn one.
