KIDNEY PROBLEMS

HERNIA
A weak spot develops in or around the muscle wall, usually as a result of straining while lifting heavy object.
TYPES OF HERNIA
1. ABDOMINAL HERNIA:- occurs in the abdomen (lower belly) often in the lower right or lower left.
2. FEMORAL HERNIA:- occurs in the femoral muscles of the upper front leg. The weak spot slowly enlarges and becomes an opening.

EPILEPSY (WARAPA)
Epilepsy is defined as an episodic disturbance of conciousness, during which generalised convulsions may occur.
Epilepsy is the most common form of seizures,also called convulsions or fits. Epilepsy can be caused by injury to the head, neck, or spinal cord especially before or during birth, high fever during early childhood or infectious disease can also cause it. Heredity can be involved. Oxygen deprivation at birth or a later head injury may be casual factors.
During a seizures the person may fall during the attack, often injuring himself, he may bite his tongue, pass urine, and awake to realise that, because of muscular soreness something has happened. There is a tendency to sleep following the attack sometimes, attack occur only during sleep.
Some seizures take the form of antisocial or natural conduct
On recovery, amnesia is generally complete, so no effort is made to hide what happened. The epileptic may gradually deteriorate.

BREAST CANCER.
Breast cancer is the abnormal growth of cancerous cells in the breast. It's a malignant tumor arising from cancer cells in the breast.
According to WHO, Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide,claiming the lives of hundred of thousands of women each year, and affecting countries and all levels of modernization.
It's the most life-threatening of cell of all cancers to women. The best protection is earlier detection, because sometimes,there are no symptoms of breast cancer in it's earlier stage.
SIGNS AND SYMTOMS OF BREAST CANCER
1. Appearance of lump in the breast or armpit. (2) Thickening of the breast tissues (3) Ni**le discharge. (4) Presence of swelling in the breast. (5) Redness of the breast/nipples. (6) Continuous pain in the breast or armpit. (7) Drastic changes in the size or shape of the breast.(8) Ni**les become inverted , changing shape or position. (9) Ni**les developing a crousting or producing discharge.(10) Redness or pealing of skin over the breast like skin of an orange.

CANCER
Cancer, also known as malignancy is an abnormal growth of cells,cancer types are named after the part of the body affected. Cancer can start almost anywhere in the human body which is made up of trillion of cells.
Normally, human cells grow and divide to form new cell as the needs them. When cell grow old or become damaged, they die and new cell take their place. When cancer develop, however the ordinary process breaks down. As cells become more and more abnormal,old or damaged cell survived when they should die and new cells form when are not needed. These extra cells can divide without stopping and will form growth called TUMORS.
Many cancers form solid many tumors which are masses of tissues, but cancers of the blood such as leukaemia,generally do not form solid tumors.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CANCER CELLS & NORMAL CELLS.
1. Cancer cell maybe able to influence the normal cell, molecules and blood cells that surround and feed a tumor.
2. Cancer cells continue to divide without stopping.
3. Cancer cells are able to ignore signals that normally tells cell to stop dividing or that begin a process known as PROGRAM CELLS DEATH OR APOPTOSIS which the body use to get rid of unneeded cells.
