The truth is, talent alone isn’t always enough.

It is only by the mercy and grace of God that we survive, that we keep going, and that doors begin to open. 🙏

To everyone who has been struggling for years — fighting in silence, creating with no spotlight, praying with no answers yet —
May God see you through. May He strengthen your hands, enlarge your coast, and remember you at the right time.

From 2023 till now has been a long journey.
Seasons of waiting. Seasons of learning. Seasons of almost giving up, but God kept us.

If you’re still in that place, don’t give up.
Your time is coming. God sees every sacrifice, every late night, every “no” you’ve turned into faith.

Keep pushing. Keep trusting. Keep creating.

Time has a way of revealing people's decisions.

Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, who has been a vocal critic of President Bola Tinubu's administration on several occasions, has now accepted an appointment as Chairman of the Board of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA).

Politics often reminds us that today's criticism can become tomorrow's cooperation. Whether this is viewed as political maturity, pragmatism, or inconsistency depends on one's perspective.

My lesson: Before saying, "I can never..." remember that circumstances can change. Be careful with absolute statements, because time often tests our convictions.

As the saying goes:

> "Never say never."

Yesterday, July 16, I had the honor of attending the SWB — South West Broadcast Summit 2026 and Induction of New Members alongside my amiable mentor, Aare Olabode Anisoloja, AbdulWahab Olayinka Okooloyun - Deputy Director of Programs, Director of Programs, and Olamide Badmus - Head of News, Agidigbo 88.7 FM.

The theme was:
_"Public Policy, Mass Media and Conflict-Sensitive Broadcasting: Strengthening Media-Government Synergy for National Security."_

It was a truly impactful program. I’m leaving with valuable lessons and renewed inspiration to become a great broadcaster.

My sincere appreciation to Agidigbo FM for this opportunity.

Following the release of the abducted schoolchildren and staff in Oyo State, I noticed that many people criticized the school principal for mentioning that her car was destroyed by the kidnappers, with some describing her as ungrateful.

I see it differently.

First, we thank God for preserving the lives of everyone involved. Human life is priceless, and no material possession can replace it.

However, I don't believe the principal mentioned her car out of ingratitude. Rather, it may have reflected the painful reality of losing something she worked hard to acquire after many years of dedicated service in the education sector.

Becoming a principal in a public school is not something that happens overnight. It often takes years of commitment, sacrifice, and professional growth. For many civil servants, owning a car represents years of saving and perseverance. Losing it to a violent incident is understandably painful.

We can be grateful for life while also grieving genuine losses. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Instead of rushing to judge, let's try to understand the emotional and financial impact such an experience can have on someone who has just survived a traumatic ordeal.

Let us continue to pray for lasting peace and improved security so that no family, teacher, or child will have to go through such an experience again.
