I love two men in my life, and honestly, I’m not even hiding it anymore.

Before you start adjusting your seat and calling a family meeting, relax. One is my husband — the man who signed up for this beautiful chaos legally and spiritually. The other is my brother — the man who has been annoying me since childhood but somehow still made it into my heart by force.

So yes, I said what I said.
Two men.
One life.
Plenty drama.
Zero scandal.

Please manage your expectations accordingly.

Last week I reposted 5 small businesses on my story and the response was everything.

So we are doing it again, every Saturday, for as long as it takes to make a dent.

Building something in Nigeria is not easy. I know that personally. So if I have a platform and I am not using it to open doors for the people around me, what exactly am I doing with it?

Every Saturday I will be spotlighting 5 small business owners on my Instagram story.

To be considered this week, drop a comment and tell me:

- What your business does.
- Why people should choose your brand.
- What makes you different from everyone else doing what you do.

Comment with your business page so I can repost easily. I am genuinely looking forward to what you share.

Let’s go. 💪🏾💪🏾

I believe a woman should carry softness, elegance, and sweetness—not as weakness, but as a quiet strength. There is a beautiful energy that comes with it: the kind that lights up a room, soothes heavy hearts, and brings calm even in the middle of a storm.

The government has been holding money for your business and nobody sent you the memo.

IT allows businesses that train their staff to claim back up to 50 percent of those training expenses. Most Nigerian founders are paying the levy and walking away with nothing because they simply did not know this existed.

Just go to itf.gov.ng to begin

Now tell me, is this something you would want to key into? And if not, tell me why in the comments. I am genuinely curious.

Africa’s future will not be built from the outside looking in — it will be shaped by the communities, cultures, creativity, and people who carry her story every day.

Honoured to be speaking at the African Legacy Summit by Eko Hotel on the panel: “How Local Communities Are Shaping the Future of Hospitality & Tourism.”

This conversation is timely because the next era of African hospitality must go beyond luxury spaces and beautiful destinations. It must celebrate our people, protect our heritage, empower local economies, and create experiences that the world cannot find anywhere else.

We are not just discussing tourism.
We are discussing identity.
We are discussing legacy.
We are discussing the future of Africa’s global influence.

Excited to join brilliant minds as we set the pace for greater things to come.

The future is African.

I’ve spent years building my brand, my business, and a career I’m in love with. I know firsthand that building something meaningful takes relentless work, especially in Nigeria.

So I want to use my platform to amplify the people who are doing the work and showing up for their dreams.

Every Wednesday, I’ll be reposting 5 small business owners on my Instagram story.

To participate, your comment should clearly tell us:

- What your business does
- Why people should patronise your brand
- What makes your business stand out

Please comment with your business page so I can repost easily.

Be intentional. Be clear. Be bold about what you’ve built.

I’m looking forward to discovering and spotlighting incredible brands within my community. 🤍

Your first customers are already in your phone.

Not strangers. Not ads. People who already know you.

And if you’re a founder, this is your reminder: you’ve been overlooking your most powerful distribution channel.

This week, reach out to 5 people in your circle. Tell them what you do. Ask them who needs it.

No overthinking. No hiding behind “I’ll post about it later.”

Do the 5-person challenge this week.

Then come back and tell me what happened.

You can be making money and still be broke.

In Nigeria this plays out in a very specific way.

The business looks busy.
Clients are coming in.
The Instagram page is active.

But the margins are thin because expenses have quietly taken over.
Rent. Branding. Upgrades.
Trying to look established before you are.

So the real question is not:
“How much am I making?”

It is:
“How much am I actually keeping?”

Growth without control is just faster collapse.

Before you scale, before you hire,
before you move to a bigger space,
be honest with yourself:

Which one are you actually better at right now, making money or keeping it?

Swipe: Read, save, and share with someone who needs this.

How you show up matters more than you think.

Your attitude.
Your presence.
Your communication.

Be honest with yourself:
what do people experience when they interact with you?

Let me know in the comments.
