We Have To Change Our Way Of Life. Alter Our Culture and Be More Vigilant. We Have To PRACTICE PERSONAL HYGIENE.

We Will Be Dealing With A Lot Of People. Bus And Taxi Drivers, Hawkers, Food Vendors, Keke and Bike Riders etc. We Won't Know Who Has The Virus.

1. We Should No More Use Our Teeth To Tear "Pure Water". Sellers Hands Had Touched It.

2. Don't Allow Seller To Peel and Blow Your Groundnuts. Remember, Corona Thrive On Droplets.
Preferably Buy The Once Not Peeled.

3. Eat Only At Hygienic Places. Clean Environment and Where Seller Uses Clean Protective Equipments.

4. When You Touch Naira Notes Given As Change By Conductors, Sellers Etc, Ensure You Wash Your Hands Appropriately. Or Use Hand Sanitizer.

5. It Is Not Advisable To Place Your Mouth on Bottle of Coke Or Other Drinks To Open Or Even Drink From The Bottle Or Share With Another Person. (Pour In Cups if You Must Share).

6. Always Use Face Mask When You Go Out And Keep The NCDC Recommended Social Distancing.

7. You Must Clean Surfaces Always Especially Where Many People Make Use of.

8. Carry Your Bags By Yourself. Era of Oga Sir Is Over. Except You Are Comfortable With The Person.

9. Endeavour To Wash Your Hands With Soap In A Running Water Or Use Hand Sanitizer Before Touching Your Mouth, Eyes And Nose.

10. Whenever We Buy Things And They Are Packed In A Nylon/ Polythene Bags Have It In Mind That They May Be Contaminated. Get Home and Wash Your Hands With Soap In A Running Water.

11. Whenever You Get Home. Don't Hug Your Kids or Spouse Immediately. First Pull Off Your Clothes For Washing, Go To The Bathroom and Either Take A Bathe (It Will Even Make You Lighter And Fresh) Before You Hug Your Kids and or Spouse.

12. *Finally Always Pray To God To Heal Those Infected, Our Land And The Whole World From This Dreaded Coronavirus COVID-19 PESTILENCE.

Good News: Nigerian Finally Gets Coronavirus Herbal Cure
This was discovered by a Nigerian living in Germany and married to a
German medical doctor. Many doctors including his wife were infected by a virus which has all the symptoms of the much dreaded corona virus. All treatments using orthodox approach were ineffective.

He decided to use his Nigerian experience . The outcome was marvellous. All those who took the mixture including his wife and the man that shot the attached video clip explanation this scenario in Hausa,were cured completely.

These were verified by post medical check ups. He is optimistic that it will cure corona virus since it was effective against the virus that share similar symptoms with it.

Anti-CoronaVirus
The following suggestions would make you stay above the virus:
1. Hot water bath (allow the water to run down from your head downwards- for men and women that cut their hair. For women with hair-do, allow the hot water to touch your face, or better still, cut your hair during this period- it is a limited period.
2. Hot water compress of your nose(soak a napkin/cloth inside hot water and press it on your nose 2-3 times in a day).
3. Drink hot water for now (limit your cold drinks).
4. Eat your food when it is hot for now
5. Do steam inhalation preferably with menthol containing balms
6. Vicks/Moko/osteo inhaler 3-4 times in a day(more frequent if you are exposed to someone who sneezed).
7. Eat ginger
8. Take peppery foods (If you are an ulcer patient and you want to do this- consult your doctor).
9. Do away with air conditioner for now(car, home, hotel).
10. Eat healthy foods with vitamin C to boost your immunity.

How do you know if you have corona virus?

1: itching in the throat.
2: dry throat.
3: dry cough.

So when you notice these three things quickly take hot water and drink.

Do not keep this information for yourself passed on to all your friends God will save us.

To avoid the spread of Coronavirus, maintain at least one & half meters distance between yourself and anyone that is sneezing and coughing, wash your hands, before, during and after food preparation, cover your mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue when coughing and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
