Not every reaction is attitude.
Not every behavior is pride.
Some of it,is what we’ve been through.

Call it trauma.
Call it a trigger.
Call it a personal wiring.

But it’s real.

For example,
some people hate phone calls.

Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re forming.
Not because they’re ignoring you.

Sometimes, it’s deeper than that.

You see a missed call,
your heart starts racing.

Your body tenses up.
You feel this sudden pressure you can’t even explain.

So instead of picking up,
you withdraw.

And people on the outside say,
ā€œShe doesn’t care.ā€
ā€œHe is proud.ā€
ā€œThey’re distant.ā€

But the truth is,
you don’t know what that person is dealing with internally.

A lot of us are walking around with things we haven’t fully processed.

Past experiences,
old pressure,
moments that wired us a certain way.

And now, we react to simple things
like they are heavy.

That’s why you’ll see someone who:
– struggles with calls
– avoids certain conversations
– pulls away suddenly
– prefers texts over voice

It’s not always a choice.
Sometimes, it’s a response.

And here’s where we need more understanding as people.

Not everything needs to be judged.
Some things need to be understood.
So maybe instead of labeling people,
ask questions.
Give grace.
Create safe spaces.

Because many people are not ā€œdifficultā€.
they’re just unhealed in certain places.

And conversations like this matter.

Because the more we talk about these things,
the more we understand ourselves
and each other.

You know, over the years of counselling, I’ve noticed few patterns.

And I’ll be honest with you,it’s a bit concerning.

A lot of Christians have become real lazy.

Yes, I said it VERY lazy.

And I say this from a place of experience, not criticism.

Because many of my counselling sessions with few follow christians are actually very exhausting.

Why?
Because sometimes, I sit and the kind of questions I get asked 😭😭.

Common sense alone should answer it.

Simple things.

You’ll see someone praying and fasting over decisions that are already clear.

Things that don’t even require ā€œthus saith the Lord.ā€

It’s like asking,
ā€œShould I jump into a gutter filled with broken bottles?ā€

You don’t need prayer for that.

Wisdom already answered you.

But you see, someone who is considered Unbeliever will look at that situation and immediately say,
ā€œThis will hurt me. Let me avoid it.ā€

Meanwhile, a believer is still saying,
ā€œLet me go and pray about it.ā€

And you start to wonder šŸ¤” who do us dis thing 😳
What exactly is going on?

When did we get here?

Faith was never meant to replace thinking.

True spirituality doesn't suspend the senses.

In fact true spirituality births, wisdom because wisdom is a gift of the spirit. 1 Corinthians 12.8,.

God gave us brains for a reason.

Not everything is spiritual warfare.

Not everything requires 3 days fasting.

Some things just require sense.

Simple, honest sense.

Sometimes, I honestly wonder.
How God must feel watching us struggle with things He has already given us the capacity to handle.

Because imagine disturbing God over something He has already settled inside you as wisdom.

Listen šŸ‘‚
Being a Christian is not an excuse to switch off your brain.

You can pray, yes.oh I pray and ee dey show

But you must also think.

You can have faith, yes.

But you must also apply wisdom.

Because the truth is,
God will not do for you what He has already empowered you to do.

God has a part and you my dearest have got a part to play as well.

I pray will all active our senses.

I'm rooting for you big time.

22/03/2026

Allow me break this table once and for all.

Some of you are not suffering in marriage because the devil is fighting you.

You are suffering because you were given wrong advice before you got married.

As a s*xologist—that’s a s*x coach—with over 15 years of helping, listening to, and counselling couples…

There’s something I really need to talk about,
because honestly, is becoming a pattern.

This year alone, I’ve handled more cases.
and the things I’ve heard šŸ™†ā€ā™‚ļø chimoo.

They can leave you numb.
They can shake your mind.
They can make you wonder how people are even surviving in their marriages.

And let me be clear,
I have a problem with "some" preachers. Not all, but some.

If you listen to me, you’ll know I’m a very balanced person.

Sometimes, if you don’t know me well, you might even think I’m not ā€œspiritual enough.ā€

Not everything you are calling ā€œmarital problemā€ is spiritual.

Some of you entered marriage with zero attraction.

zero connection,
and unrealistic advice.

You were told:
ā€œJust marry them, it will come.ā€

You were told.
ā€œFeelings don’t matter.ā€
Now you feel nothing.
and you’re confused.

Let’s stop lying to ourselves.

But let me say this,
wisdom is profitable to direct.

Because what I’m seeing out there.
is people entering marriages with half-truths.

I’ve counseled couples who are suffering today
because of things they were told before they got married.

Imagine someone telling you,
ā€œDon’t worry, just marry them, feelings will come later.ā€
How?šŸ¤” nah

E Love/feeling is not magic.
Connection is not by force.

Then you enter the marriage.
and suddenly, you’re noticing other people.

You’re feeling things you were told you shouldn’t feel for another person instead.

And before you know it, confusion sets in.

Another lie some preachers tell you
ā€œFeelings are not important in marriage.ā€
Really?

So you want to build a lifetime commitment
with someone you don’t feel anything for?. Issort

Let’s be honest with ourselves.

Spiritual compatibility is important, yes.
Character is important.
Values are important.

But let’s stop pretending like physical attraction & emotional attraction don’t matter.
They matter oo.

I’m not saying go and start sleeping around—hell no please.

But you must be able to have honest, mature conversations.

Do you even like this person?
Are you attracted to them?
Are you both aligned in that area?.

Because if you ignore it now.
marriage will expose it later.

And sometimes, what people call ā€œtemptationā€.
is actually a "need" that was ignored from the beginning.

That’s where the problem starts.

Please, be careful who you listen to.

Not everybody that is talking is equipped to guide you.

Not every ā€œcounselā€ is wisdom.

Marriage is too important to enter blindly.

You don’t just need prayers alone.
you need understanding.
You need truth.
You need alignment.

Because marriage is not just spiritual.
it is emotional, it is physical, it is practical.

And if one part is ignored,
the whole building will feel it.

So before you say ā€œI doā€.
make sure your eyes are open.
Not just your heart. ā¤ļø

ā€œMany marriages are not broken… they were wrongly built from the beginning.ā€ Simple.

21/03/2026

Let me say this as honestly as I can.

Boundaries have saved me.

I’m not talking theory. I’m talking real life, real experiences. There are things I used to tolerate that drained me, disrespected me, and even confused me,until I learned this simple truth:

People don’t automatically know how to treat you.
You teach them.

And sometimes, the teaching is not soft. It’s clear.

At this stage of my life, the moment you do something I’m not comfortable with, I will tell you—immediately. Not rudely, but clearly. Because the moment you keep quiet or sugarcoat it, you give people permission to repeat it.

And let’s be honest.
Some ā€œjokesā€ are not jokes.

That thing someone says and hides under ā€œI was just jokingā€?
Pay attention. That’s how they really feel. And if you don’t address it, it becomes a pattern.

Another thing—stop people-pleasing at your own expense.
You’re not being kind, you’re being silent in places where you should be heard.

Even spiritually, it’s not just about praying and saying ā€œI won’t do this again.ā€
Many of the things we struggle with would lose their power if we simply set boundaries.

Yes••••••boundaries will save you.

Set them with friends.
Set them with family.
Set them with colleagues.

Not everyone should have access to you.
Not everyone should enter your space.
Not everyone should call you at any time and expect a response.

It’s not pride. It’s self-respect.

Protect your peace.
Protect your values.
Protect your space.

Teach people how to treat you.

21/03/2026

Let me say this to those of you who feel called to speak to the public, teach, counsel, or influence people.

Please don’t rush out.

Take your time to grow in the secret place first, studying and getting trained.

Before the camera.
Before the stage.
Before the microphone.
Become first.

Many people see the public part of my work today and assume it just started recently.

But I have been counseling people for over 15 years.

During those years, I was heavily restricted both by the Holy Spirit and by my first mentor.

My mentor insisted that I stay in the place of preparation and allow the Holy Spirit groom me. Those years I studied eeh, paid for uncountable courses.

There were many speaking invitations that came during that time. Some of them were ready to pay well.
Some platforms would have given me a lot of exposure.

But I declined them.

Sometimes I even accepted an invitation and later had to call back and cancel because the Holy Spirit said, ā€œNot this one.ā€.

For almost 15 years, I did not accept speaking engagements.

Not because opportunities were not there, but because it was not time yet.

Even when I eventually started speaking publicly, I didn’t charge at first because that was the instruction I received. Later, when it was time to start charging, there was peace about it.

So when I say don’t rush, I say it from experience.

These days, many people carry a camera, press record, and start talking about things they themselves have not truly understood or lived.

And when someone speaks without depth, it shows.

But when someone has spent time being prepared, healed, equipped, and groomed, that depth also shows.

Your voice will carry more weight when it is coming from a place of process, growth, and healing.

So if you feel called to speak, teach, counsel, or influence people, don’t be in a hurry to showcase yourself.

Allow yourself to be built first.

Because when it is truly time, what is inside you will speak louder than any microphone.

Meanwhile spend that money and enroll in yourself in that course.

Get yourself a Mentor, eee get why.

This year’s International Women’s Day was special for me.

I had a memorable time speaking to the Medical Women Association of Nigeria,Medical Women Association Of Nigeria, Imo State Chapter a room filled with brilliant female chief doctors.

Interestingly, it all started with a call.
She said, Son of man John Okoye gave me your number.

We are looking for someone who can speak to our women and be very real with them.

And just like that, the conversation started.

Later, the chairperson Dr.Mrs Chinwe Nwazuzu Muomalu Chinwe Nwaozuzu Muomalu reached out, she is someone I have admired from afar for a long time and everything came together beautifully.

The hospitality, the reception, and the atmosphere that evening is something I truly do not take for granted.

When someone recommends you for such job, it means more than just a referral.

It means your work is being seen.

It means you are trusted.

So I sincerely appreciate Son of Man for the recommendation.

And the beautiful part?
Just few days after the event, Dr.
Chinwe Nwazuzu Muomalu recommended me for another speaking engagement.

That right there is the power of trust and showing up fully when opportunity calls.

Grateful for the opportunity.

I look forward to having more of these honest hard conversations in rooms.
