Why Are Menstrual Periods So Painful?

If your period pain feels like someone is twisting your stomach every month... READ THIS.

You don’t have to suffer in silence. There are real ways to get relief.

Ladies, if you’ve ever had to curl up with a hot water bottle and pray the pain passes, you’re not alone.

Here’s what’s actually happening:
During your period, your uterus has to shed its lining. To do that, it contracts. The chemical that causes those contractions is called prostaglandins. The more prostaglandins your body makes, the stronger the contractions and the more painful the cramps.

Other things that can make it worse:
1. Stress and lack of sleep
2. No movement or exercise
3. Cold drinks and too much caffeine during your flow
4. Underlying issues like fibroids or endometriosis

How To Ease Period Pain Naturally:
1. Heat therapy: A warm compress or hot water bottle on your lower belly relaxes the muscles
2. Stay hydrated: Water reduces bloating and cramps
3. Gentle movement: Walking, yoga, or light stretching improves blood flow
4. Eat anti-inflammatory foods: Ginger tea, bananas, leafy greens, and dark chocolate can help
5. Over-the-counter pain relief: Ibuprofen works because it blocks prostaglandins. Always use as directed
6. Rest: Your body is doing hard work. Give it grace

When to see a doctor:
If the pain is so bad you can’t do daily activities, or if painkillers aren’t helping, please check with a healthcare professional. You deserve to feel okay.

You’re not weak for feeling it. Your body is strong for going through it every month ❤️

IF YOUR KIDNEYS ARE IN DANGER YOUR BODY MAY GIVE YOU THIS SIGNS👇👇

Possible symptoms include swelling in the feet, ankles, legs, hands or face due to fluid retention, as well as changes in urination. Urine may become unusually foamy, dark, cloudy or bloody.

Other signs can include persistent tiredness, weakness, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite and ongoing itchy skin. Mineral imbalances associated with advanced kidney disease may also cause muscle cramps or weakness.

Severe kidney dysfunction can affect concentration and alertness, while pain in the back or side may occur with kidney stones or infections. However, many kidney diseases cause no pain.

These symptoms can have other causes and do not necessarily mean kidney failure. If these changes persist or worsen, medical evaluation can help determine whether further kidney testing is needed. Blood and urine tests can assess kidney health, while early detection may help slow or treat some conditions. IF YOUR NOT FOLLOWING US YOU MAY NOT SEE US AGAIN..... FOLLOW FOR MORE
