Today, we bring the NNPC–SNEPCo Vision First Plus Programme to a close, but the impact of this outreach goes far beyond the final day.

From eye screenings and consultations to surgeries, glasses and other essential medical services, we’ve had the privilege of reaching people, meeting real needs, and making quality healthcare more accessible.

To every patient who showed up, every healthcare professional who served, every volunteer who gave their time, and every partner who made this possible — thank you for being part of the vision.

The outreach may end today, but the vision of healthier, stronger communities lives on.

And the Vision First Plus Programme has officially been flagged off!

Today, we took another step towards bringing accessible, quality healthcare closer to the people of Badagry, with the official flag-off of the NNPC/SNEPCo Vision First Plus Programme.

The outreach is now fully underway, providing free eye care, medical consultations, screenings, surgeries, reading glasses and other essential health services to members of the community.

Through the commitment of NNPC/SNEPCo and its partners, we are taking healthcare beyond hospital walls and directly to the people who need it most.

Because when healthcare reaches the people, lives are changed, hope is restored, and communities are strengthened.

From eye screening and consultations to cataract & pterygium surgeries, reading glasses, cardiovascular screening and treatment of minor ailments — better health starts with access.

Today marks the final day of the B-Dere Vision First Plus Programme.

What began as an outreach became a powerful journey of healing, hope, and impact. Over the past days, lives have been touched through free consultations, surgeries, screenings, treatments, and compassionate care delivered directly to the community.

This programme stands as a reminder that quality healthcare can change lives, restore dignity, and bring hope to countless families.

Our sincere appreciation to Renaissance Africa Energy Company and its JVPs and the Rivers State Ministry of Health, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and every individual who contributed to the success of this impactful outreach.

The outreach may be ending today, but the impact will live on for a long time.
