No I'm not comfortable with that.
No I can't keep explaining myself.
No I don't want to go
No I won't keep accepting what hurt me.

Saying no doesn't make you selfish.

Everyone tells you to forgive but very few people tell you to heal first.

The pain one buried, is not the pain healed.

Pouring out your hurts,anger, disappointment and grief in a healthy way is often the first step towards healing.

Healing doesn't erase what happened, but it changes how deeply it controls your life.

Forgiveness isn't pretending nothing happened, it's something that becomes possible after you've allowed yourself to face your pain and begin to heal.

Don't rush yourself to forgive while you are still bleeding.
Give yourself permission to heal first.
