🌸 WEDNESDAY PREGNANCY TIPS 🤰🏽 | PREGNANCY DO’S & DON’TS 🌸

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but it also comes with responsibilities. Here are some simple things every expectant mother should know. ❤️

✅ DO’S
• Eat a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein and healthy fats.
• Take your prescribed antenatal vitamins, especially folic acid and iron.
• Drink enough clean water throughout the day.
• Attend your antenatal appointments regularly.
• Get enough rest and sleep.
• Stay physically active with pregnancy-safe exercises, if your healthcare provider says it is safe.
• Report unusual symptoms such as heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, severe headache, blurred vision, leaking fluid or reduced baby movement promptly.

❌ DON’TS
• Don’t drink alcohol or smoke during pregnancy.
• Don’t take medications, herbs or supplements without checking with your healthcare provider.
• Don’t skip antenatal appointments.
• Don’t ignore warning signs because you think they are “normal pregnancy symptoms.”
• Don’t eat foods that are raw, undercooked or unsafe during pregnancy.
• Don’t expose yourself unnecessarily to harmful chemicals or substances.

💡 Remember: Every pregnancy is different. When in doubt, ask your midwife, nurse or doctor rather than relying on advice from social media.

🤰🏽 Healthy mother, healthy pregnancy, healthy baby! 💕
