When I create a health plan for someone, I’m not just asking:
“What should this person eat?”
I’m asking:
Can they actually do this with their schedule?
What happens on the day they get home late?
What happens when the children need them?
What happens when work becomes chaotic?
What can they do when they have absolutely NO time?
Because a health plan that only works on your best days isn’t much of a plan.
And this is something I’ll be talking about on Sunday — how to make healthier choices work in your real life, not in some perfect version of it.
