WEDNESDAY – HEART CHECK
Topic: Do You Express or Suppress?
Pause and be honest with yourself.
Are you someone who expresses clearly or someone who keeps everything inside? Many people think keeping quiet keeps the peace. But in reality, silence often hides problems. It doesn’t solve them.
WHAT SUPPRESSION LOOKS LIKE:
• You say “I’m fine” when you’re not
• You avoid conversations to prevent conflict
• You expect people to just “understand” you
• You bottle things up until you explode
• You withdraw instead of communicating
At first, it feels easier but over time, it creates distance, frustration, and misunderstanding.
WHAT HEALTHY EXPRESSION LOOKS LIKE:
• You communicate your feelings honestly and calmly.
• You address issues early, not later.
• You speak with respect, not aggression.
• You allow yourself to be understood.
• You create room for honest conversations.
Expression is not about being harsh, it’s about being clear and respectful.
NOTE: What you suppress does not disappear. It accumulates and one day, it will come out not as a conversation, but as frustration, anger, or emotional distance.
Eph 4:15 “Speaking the truth in love…” – Ephesians 4:15
HEART CHECK QUESTIONS:
• What have you been keeping inside lately?
• What conversation have you been avoiding?
• Are you protecting peace or avoiding truth?
• Are you afraid of conflict or unsure how to express yourself?
BALANCE IS KEY: Don’t suppress but also don’t express carelessly.
Healthy communication is:
👉 Honest
👉 Respectful
👉 Timely
If you’re ready for honest and healthy communication.
Comment “I choose to express”
Hope today's clinic has helped?

MONDAY – CLINIC PRESCRIPTION
Topic: Why Communication Fails in Relationships
Many relationships don’t break because of lack of love. NO.
They break because of poor communication.
You can love someone deeply and still not understand each other.
Communication fails when:
• You assume instead of asking
• You listen to reply, not to understand
• You avoid difficult conversations
• You speak from emotions, not clarity
• You shut down instead of opening up
Some people are talking but no one is truly being heard.
James 1:19 “Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak…”

It’s not just about talking more , it’s about communicating better.
Are you truly communicating or just reacting?

This week, you will not toil in vain. Every good thing your hands have started, your hands will complete. The Lord shall anoint your head afresh and your cup shall overflow, your blood will not be spilled, your body will not be mutilated, and neither will your head be bowed in shame. As you lift up your eyes to God from today and beyond, favor shall locate you, Men shall help you, and you shall be a blessing to your generations in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
Happy new week beloved!!!
Much love ❤️ ❤️❤️

FRIDAY – LOVE THAT WORKS (Marriage Focus)
Topic: Growing Together Instead of Growing Apart
Marriage is not just about staying together, it’s about growing together.
Many couples start aligned…
but over time, they stop being intentional.
Growth becomes individual instead of shared.
To grow together:
• Keep communicating your vision and goals
• Support each other’s personal growth
• Pray and build spiritually together
• Re-align regularly as life evolves
Ecclesiastes 4:9 “Two are better than one… for they have a good reward for their labor.”

Growth is not automatic , it is intentional.
When couples stop growing together, they slowly start growing apart.
MAY THE BOND HOLDING TWO OF YOU NEVER BREAK IN JESUS NAME.
HAPPY WEEKEND BELOVED!!!

WEDNESDAY – HEART CHECK
Topic: Are You Aligned or Just Attached?
Attachment can feel like love but it is not always alignment.
You can be emotionally connected
and still be moving in different directions.
Check yourself:
• Are you staying because it’s right or because it’s familiar?
• Are your values aligned or constantly clashing?
• Are you growing together or outgrowing each other?
• Do you have shared vision or just shared feelings?
Attachment says: “I don’t want to lose this.”
Alignment says: “This is right for my life and purpose.”
Not everyone you feel connected to is meant to walk your journey with you.
Stay safe and rightly connected to the right relationship.
Happy Wednesday.
