Feeling stressed? Your body may be telling you it’s time to recharge.*

Stress is a normal response to difficult situations. A little bit of stress can even help us get things done. But too much stress can affect both our mind and body, causing headaches, poor sleep, an upset stomach, irritability and trouble concentrating.

*Small actions can make a difference:*

😴 *Protect your sleep:* Keep regular bed and wake-up times and put screens away before bed.

🚶 *Get moving:* Even a daily walk can help reduce stress.

🥗 *Eat and drink well:* Regular, balanced meals and enough water support your body.

🫂 *Stay connected:* Talk about how you feel with someone you trust.

📵 *Take a news break:* Too much news and social media can increase stress.

🧘 *Practise coping skills:* Just a few minutes a day can help.

💡 And remember: if stress becomes difficult to manage or starts affecting everyday life, reach out to a trusted health-care provider or someone you trust.World Health Organization (WHO)
