*MY JOURNEY INTO PRINT AND BROADCAST JOURNALISM* ( *Unveiling Marriage Oracle Magazine)*
By Femi Jegede, Marriage Coach
Every journey has a beginning, and mine was quietly ignited by inspiration close to home. The seed of my passion for print and broadcast journalism was first planted by my late brother-in-law, Mr. Adeshola Ayebola—a veteran journalist whose life and work spoke volumes. Though he is no longer here, his influence continues to echo in my path.
As destiny would have it, I later encountered a boss Mr. Taye Asubiojo who opened another door for me—introducing me to the rich world of knowledge housed in the Guardian Newspapers library. That exposure sharpened my curiosity and deepened my appreciation for journalism as both a profession and a calling.
Then came the COVID-19 period—a time when the world slowed down, but my growth accelerated. While many struggled with idleness, my current boss Mrs. Ronke Oladimeji ensured I remained engaged, loading me with books to read and learn from at home. Those moments of solitude became a season of preparation, shaping my mindset and refining my vision.
Today, I stand with a heart full of gratitude and a testimony to share. What began as a dream has now become a living reality. I am proud to launch Marriage Oracle—a relationship magazine born out of passion, purpose, and a desire to impact lives.
This is more than a publication; it is the fulfillment of a journey marked by mentorship, learning, and divine alignment.
And this is only the beginning.
