THE BIGGEST MISTAKE MEN MAKE WHEN TAKING VI**RA
Most men who say Vi**ra doesn't work are making at least ONE of these 6 mistakes.

As a healthcare professional, this is one of the most common complaints I've heard from men over the years:

"Doctor, I took Vi**ra and it didn't work."

In many cases, the problem isn't Vi**ra (Sildenafil) itself it's how it's being used.

One of these mistakes is so common that many men don't even realize they're making it.

Before you blame the medication, check if you are making one of these mistakes.

The 10 mistakes are listed below 👇

Just this night alone, Peter woke up more than four times to urinate.
And guess what? He thinks everything is normal.

Now listen carefully.
If you wake up more than two or three times at night to urinate, you need read this till the end.
This is because your body is sounding an alarm, and you’re ignoring it.

Yes, it’s not normal.

The normal number of times you should wake up at night to urinate is zero or once.

Why?

At night, it’s not that your bladder shuts down, No.
Your body actually changes how much urine it produces.

Who controls this change?
The brain.

The brain sends a message to the kidneys:
“Oga is about to sleep o, please reduce urine production.”

Why does the brain do this?

Because the brain understands the importance of quality sleep.
If it protects your sleep, it can function better.
And when the brain works better, your whole body works better.

So if you’re waking up repeatedly at night to urinate,
your body is telling you something important. Don’t ignore it.

"Not Every Itch Down There Is Heat Rash, My Dear!"

Some people notice small bumps in their private parts and immediately say:

"It’s just shaving bumps."
"Maybe it’s pimples, it will go on its own."
"Ah, maybe someone is doing me spiritually 😭"

Please calm down. It might be Ge***al Warts.
Yes, those little bumps that show up quietly like NEPA at midnight.

What causes it?
It’s mostly caused by a virus called HPV (Human Papilloma Virus).

It doesn’t come with loud symptoms, but it spreads quietly ...especially through unprotected s*x.

How do you know it’s Ge***al Warts?

Small, soft, skin-colored bumps in your private area

Sometimes they’re many and don’t go away easily

They may not hurt, but the shame and discomfort can be serious.

How do you treat it ?

Please don’t try home remedies like toothpaste or hot water.

Doctors can treat it with creams, freezing (cryotherapy), or remove them safely.

đŸš« What should you avoid?

Don’t apply things like acid, Dettol, or "spiritual" mixtures

Don’t ignore it or hope it disappears

Don’t Google your way into trouble.

How do you prevent it ?

Use condoms, even if you’re doing just “quick quick”

If possible, get the HPV vaccine.

Be careful who you’re intimate with.
fine face is not protection o!

Abeg, life is already stressful enough. Don’t add “wart drama” to your problems.
Be safe.
Protect yourself.
And don’t wait till bump turns to story that touches.

`DHA & Mild Autism: Brain Food or Just Fishy Business?
Ever feel like your child’s brain is running 3 tabs at once
and one of them is playing Baby Shark on loop?
Well, let’s talk about something that might just help calm the mental chaos a little — DHA (that’s Docosahexa
actually never mind, just call it DHA ).

So What’s the Gist?
DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid — aka, brain fuel straight from the sea.
And for kids with mild autism, studies show it might help with:
Making better eye contact
Boosting language skills
Helping them focus (even if it’s just for 2 extra minutes... we’ll take it!)
Reducing repetitive behaviors (you know, like watching the same cartoon 73 times)

🐟 So Where Do We Find This Magical Brain Juice?
Fish (if your child eats it... big if)

Fish oil gummies (that don’t taste like regret)

Algae-based DHA (for the little vegetarians in your life)

Quick Heads-Up:
DHA is not a miracle. It won't turn your child into a TED Talk speaker overnight. But it can support brain development and work alongside therapy, routines, and your unconditional love (plus snacks).

✅ Safe
✅ Natural
✅ Worth trying (after talking to your doctor, of course )

Bottom Line:
DHA might just be that tiny teammate in your child's brain saying:
"Hey neurons, let's clean up and talk to each other better today!"

Would you try it? Or has your child already claimed fish oil as “too slimy to exist”?

Drop your DHA drama in the comments!
