(SAD) - A SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER.

IT IS A TYPE OF DEPRESSION THAT OCCURS DURING PARTICULAR SEASONS OR BECAUSE OF CERTAIN TYPES OF WEATHER.

No, tiredness isn't depression.

Melancholy isn't depression.

Your need to be alone isn't depression.

Unhappiness isn't depression because you are not a child and even children aren't always happy.

If you haven't begged God to end the world or take your life, begged for some type of spiritual hypnosis, caught yourself crying for no reason, cut off close friends and family, suddenly started calling people out on their idiocy when you are naturally non-confrontational, and felt like you were losing your mind all together, there's a chance you haven't been depressed.

Depression is months or years of trauma, guilt, and shame triggered by a negative presence that pushes you into despondency. You are aware of everything but there's almost no zeal to fight.

Your consciousness gets invaded by this dark demonic presence that it has to wrestle with on the brink of your mind and you either get swallowed up or become awakened.

Don't give in
Stay strong
Whenever it becomes tougher, then just know that the storm is about to end.

DEPRESSION can come from the unkind words people say to you each day. Be careful how you swallow those words for the sake of ur Mental Health.
