A high salt, fat, and/or cholesterol diet is one of the most common causes of high blood pressure. Chronic diseases such as kidney and hormone problems, diabetes, and high cholesterol are examples of chronic conditions. Family history of high blood pressure, especially if your parents or other close relatives have it.
What are the signs your blood pressure is too high?
If your blood pressure is extremely high, you should be aware of the following symptoms:
severe headaches.
Nosebleed.
Fatigue or perplexity.
Issues with vision.
Chest ache.
Breathing is difficult.
Heartbeat that isn’t regular.
