I am unhappy in my marriage because my wife only cares about celebrity gossip and street news, and she knows nothing about politics or smart topics. She is not interesting to talk to. However, my secretary is very smart, wise, and always teaches me new things. I feel refreshed whenever I talk to her. I regret marrying someone who doesn't match my intelligence, and I feel embarrassed to go out with my wife. I enjoy talking to my secretary much more. When I was 19, I got pregnant. The baby's father left me because I wanted to keep the baby.
My family told me directly that they would not give me any money or help raise my child. They told me to get a job and move out as soon as possible. While living with them, I was treated very badly. Even though I was pregnant, I had to pay for my own food, clothes, and everyday needs.
My parents punished me because I chose to keep my baby. Meanwhile, my brother was their favorite. They treated him like a king, and his pregnant wife received special care because she was carrying "their grandchild."
I realized my son would be treated unfairly if we stayed. I finally moved out when my son was 5 years old. One day, my brother visited, yelled at my 5-year-old son for playing, and said I should have had an abortion to save the family from this headache.
