Why is my breast producing milk when I’m not pregnant? 🤔🍼

Have you noticed a milky discharge from your breast even though you’re not pregnant or breastfeeding? You’re not alone—and it doesn’t necessarily mean something is seriously wrong.

In this video, we explain galactorrhea, the medical term for milk production outside pregnancy or breastfeeding, and explore the possible causes, including:

🔹 High prolactin levels
🔹 Pituitary gland problems such as prolactinoma
🔹 Certain medications
🔹 Thyroid problems
🔹 Frequent ni**le stimulation
🔹 Pregnancy
🔹 Other underlying medical conditions

We’ll also discuss when you should see a doctor.

⚠️ Important: Not all ni**le discharge is breast milk. Bloody, clear, or unusual discharge, especially from one breast, should be medically assessed.
