If you’ve ever been curious about menstrual cups but felt intimidated by them, this video is for you. I broke down the basics, showed you how it works, and hopefully made it feel a little less scary.

Trust me, once you get the hang of it, you’ll wonder why nobody explained it this way sooner. ✨

Would you try a menstrual cup? Tell me what’s stopping you in the comments. 👇🏾

POV: You forgot you were on your period. 😭

19 hours. One menstrual cup. No pad changes. No bathroom runs. Just living life until I noticed a leak and remembered, “Oh right… I’m menstruating.” 💀

Emptied. Rinsed. Reinserted. Back to business.

How do periods affect women’s ability to work? How best can this be supported?

We talk about productivity, performance, and economic participation but rarely about menstruation and how it affects work life for more than half of the workforce.

We are currently collecting anonymous responses from women worldwide to better understand this.

If you menstruate or have menstruated before, your experience matters whether you are:
• Employed
• Self-employed
• Job hunting
• A student
• Or planning to work in the future

🕒 The survey takes 3 minutes and is mostly multiple choice.

Your response will help build data that can push conversations around menstrual health and workplace realities forward.

🔗 Fill the survey here:

If you’re a woman, please take a few minutes to respond and share with other women or women-focused groups.

If you’re a man, please consider sharing with the women in your life.

If you’re inters*x and menstruate or have menstruated, your experience is also important and welcome.

The more responses we gather, the stronger the insights we can generate.

Please repost to help reach more women. If you’ve completed it, comment “Done” so this post can reach more women.

Cervical cancer is preventable. Truly.

It affects the cervix; the lower part of the uterus that connects to the va**na, often called the gateway to the womb. And even though it’s one of the most preventable cancers, many women are still diagnosed late.

That’s why we’re talking about it. Because knowledge saves lives, and your health deserves to be a priority.

Screening isn’t something to fear, see it as self-care. Its self preservation. If something feels off, please get checked. HPV doesn’t always come with symptoms, but it can come with serious consequences.

Silence, shame, and procrastination don’t protect us. Information, action, and screening do.

Get screened. Ask about the HPV vaccine.
And please share this, someone out there needs it.

Some women get extra frisky during their periods and it’s nothing to shy away from. As long as you protect yourself, you’re free to have all the s*x you want!

HPV is usually s*xual but not only “penetrative s*x”. HPV can be transmitted through:
• skin-to-skin ge***al contact
• oral-ge***al contact
• shared s*x toys
(no pe*******on required)

That’s why someone may think they’re a “virgin” and still have been exposed.

HPV is the trigger in most cases, but the cancer itself develops when abnormal cervical cells aren’t cleared by the body.
Cervical cells can mutate spontaneously (this happens all over the body). A healthy immune system usually destroys these abnormal cells but if immunity is weakened, those cells may persist and progress. I hope you’ve seen understand.
