When was the last time you felt truly enough?
How much of your life have you spent trying to prove your worth to other people?
I spent years believing that my value was something I had to earn.
I thought I had to achieve more, do more, give more, and be more before I could finally feel worthy.
So I worked harder. I said yes when I wanted to say no. I carried burdens that were never mine to carry.
And yet, no matter how much I accomplished, it never felt like enough.
Then I discovered a truth that changed the way I see myself:
Self-worth is not something you prove. It is something you recognize.
Your worth was never hidden in your achievements. It was never dependent on people's approval. It was never determined by your mistakes, failures, or setbacks.
A flower does not fight to prove it is beautiful. A river does not struggle to prove it has value.
They simply exist.
And so do you.
You are worthy on your best days. You are worthy on your hardest days. You are worthy when you succeed. And you are worthy when life does not go according to plan.
Today, stop asking yourself if you are enough.
Instead, remind yourself:
I do not need to prove my worth. I only need to believe it.
✨ The day you stop proving your worth is the day you begin living it.
