PART 1.

Good morning ma
Thank you for being a blessing to us every time. Ma please I have a question and I need clarity on what to do. I attended your last seminar undaunted and some questions have been going through my mind.

Okay

Few months ago February precisely I began to feel very severe sharp pain around my kidney area. I prayed immediately about it and headed to a hospital to run some tests and see a doctor. My kidney function test came out normal the culture test showed I had an infection that needs to be treated. My scan showed hydronephrosis I was told it’s infection that I should get treated. I carefully finished my treatment the pain left me for few days and returned again more severe. Around April I went to another hospital repeated all the tests even added more. All My test results came out beautifully well with no trace of infection. Then I told my doctor my results are good but am in soo much pain then they asked me to go see a specialist. Last month I went to see the specialist he got confused about my two conflicting results and asked me to go do a CT scan I haven’t done the CT scan yet because am still believing God for the resources. The pain and discomfort is too much.
My question is mum should i totally ignore it medically and have faith and believe God for my healing? Because at this point am confused 🙏

I saw a post here someone seeking advice on a skin condition his driver is suffering from….you need to read people’s comments 🥲🥲🥲

It reminded me of a issue I had early last year. I was under intense physical, mental and emotional pressure, I was preparing for part 1 exam, preparing for my PhD final defense, two of my senior colleagues swore and made life miserable for me at work, plus a lot of family issues….i started having repeated migraines, gained a lot of weight next thing I had a “strange” break out under my armpits….dark itchy rashes, they were not slightly at all but I ignored it until it became worse….

I was so worked up and mentally exhausted….everything and everyone was on my matter😔

It became worse and was spreading…

I didn’t bother buying anything I got up one day and went to see my boss, a dermatologist I once did a posting with. Dr Amaewhule she is good🙌

Only one visit , she made a diagnosis…

Severe allergy worsened by stress🫩🫩

Gave me medications and advice, I got home and took some decisions….

Cut off all possible stressors that I could think off……cancelled most of my speaking engagements, blocked some phone numbers, stopped my night owl lifestyle, began to learn how to sleep at night, cut off added sugars, etc

In less than 2 weeks after my exams and defense everything cleared off…..had my spotless skin back, and stabilized my body.

If I showed an average person guess what their advice would have been?

Doc I no say you no go believe but

…They shoot you arrow

then myriads of counsel will follow

“they cured somebody that has the same thing in one village in….

No allow needle enter your body no be hospital mata..

E get one leaf eh squeeze it, mix it with a virgins early morning urine, add red oil that has not touched ground drink it and rub it then it’s over….🫩

The fastest way to gain empathy, comments on a post, heavy claps during testimony is to say……

I go hospital doctors no see anything…..then..

even when we know you didn’t seek appropriate care and didn’t follow treatment plan…..

If you no well eh…pray, go hospital early, see a specialist , be patient with your treatment…..you will be alright.

Do you know I have spoken to many young adults who said their parents failed them…

Their parents pursued careers, business, money etc and left them to themselves…..

How??

They allowed relatives and visitors in the house unguarded,

-Allowed the children visits other and even stay over in “friends and relatives” houses unguarded

-They never took time to speak to them or even hear them out

-They allowed the children have their way knowing fully well they were not fully matured to take those decisions because they were afraid of being the bad parent

-You trust people too much in the name of religion, family, friends…

-You just think it’s only girls that are at risk boys too are being harassed and abused too

I just want to beg you all!!!!!

Protect your children….

Yes, it’s better you are over protective than you allow them to be molested, get involved in dangerous and immoral behaviors.

Perfect your children from the world until they can grow to take their decisions…

Whether it’s your Brother, Sister, Uncle, Aunty, block rosary brother, Pastor, Imam, Reverend,Bishop even Arch Bishop🙄……don’t allow anyone unrestricted access to your children ….

Anybody that wants to meet your child should go through you, be there physically, when the meeting finishes you go away with them.

No visit, no prayer, no deliverance, even casual visit should happen unsupervised…

No camp meetings, no night practice, no guarded meetings…

Protect your children oooo

Monitor their phone chats with your children, make your children trust you, they will tell you.

If anybody is showing interest or kindness to your child or children, tell them thank you but please never ever allow unguarded physical contact…

Your problem is that you are careless, casual, too busy, you trust too much

Be careful for nothing🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Something happened yesterday!!!

My daughter, my new daughter, got into the car when I came to pick her up after her lectures crying, she just kept crying. I was surprised. She is always happy and bubbly, haven’t seen her cry ever since.

I held myself kept driving, when she calmed down a bit I asked her what the matter was?

Mummy!!! I feel very bad.

Our assistant course rep created a group called anonymous and someone in my class posted…..

“Mary the weaving girl, always posing in a big car and bringing food all the time…..lying that another woman is her mother….congratulations on your new hair. You borrowed mother I know…..”

She thought I will start screaming and cursing out, I was laughing…I told her to clean her eyes and forget it.

Then I used the opportunity to teach her how envious people act. Repeatedly some of her classmates have asked her if her parents own a fast food, they always ask her why you don’t enter public transport……she waves it off

Then they started prying, looking for a reason to mock her, looking for something they probably have and they think doesn’t…

I taught her how to ignore and focus on succeeding in her academics, how to choose the right friends or stay alone if there is none yet.

I taught her about Favour and Grace……it naturally breeds envy..

It was a proud mummy moment for me….my children can confide in me when they are happy, sad, did right and even when they make mistakes. By the time we got home she felt better

We all need a support system!!!!! I am my children’s support staff😊😊

Imagine she didn’t have anyone to speak to?

Parents our children may be suffering from peer pressure, bullying and even sexual abuse from their colleagues, from your friends and the people you let into your home and circle..

The world is mean and cruel, people are badly hurt and they hurt others..

Be intentional and make yourself emotionally available to your children, be their shield and covering.

Don’t be a bullish person to them, who will they run to?

By God’s grace I will use her and explain to the person that motherhood is not just who gave birth to you, that it is a gift from God.

People are mean!!!!

One time a family friend called me that her baby had boils in some part of his body, that he itches and cries. I told her to bring the child to our center or to any hospital close by…

She was not happy with my response

She said Eby it’s just boil naa tell me the antibiotics to buy, I don’t want to go to the hospital just for this when you are here…

I told her I don’t write prescription without seeing the patient , there are too many things that can go wrong.

She said ok ooo

I didn’t hear from her again until after some days she called again, eee where did you say we should go?

I referred her to a paediatric specialist,

Do you know the doctor called me to tell me it wasn’t just regular boils, something called cutaneous myiasis, some maggots that burrow the skin and live there.

They removed 6 of them from the baby….

I called my friend, she kept saying Eby thank you thank you, I have never seen anything like this before . It was so irritating and shocking to see and they were all still alive. You saved us ooo thank you.

I smiled to myself 😊

One minute I am proud and the next minute I become kind☺️☺️

One simple rule:: Calling a doctor on phone is not a standard practice for consultation….

What you see and describe may not be what a trained eye will see…

Ordinary fever, ordinary headaches, I just dey feel dizzy etc could be a pointer to something more serious than can be noticed and treated on time.

Even a doctor that is “kind” and sends you prescription without seeing you is getting ready for trouble 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you are calling a doctor friend , after the long explanations let it end with….

Pls where do you think I should go so they can see me?
