Women who go through cesarean section are strong too.They go through pain, healing, emotional stress, and still care for their babies with love.

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is a condition where the force of blood against your artery walls is too high. Over time, it can lead to heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, and even death.

But the truth is—most cases can be prevented with simple lifestyle changes.

HOW TO PREVENT HYPERTENSION

1. 🧂 Reduce Salt Intake
Too much salt increases blood pressure. Avoid excessive seasoning cubes, processed foods, and salty snacks.

2. 🥗 Eat Healthy Foods
Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and less fatty or fried foods.

3. 🏃 Exercise Regularly
At least 30 minutes of walking, jogging, or simple home workouts daily helps keep your heart strong.
4. 🚭 Avoid Smoking & Limit Alcohol

Smoking and alcohol damage blood vessels and increase blood pressure risk.

5. ⚖️ Maintain Healthy Weight
Being overweight increases your chances of developing hypertension.

6. 😌 Manage Stress
Take breaks, pray, relax, listen to music, or talk to someone you trust.

7. 🩺 Check Your Blood Pressure Regularly

Don’t wait until you feel sick. Regular checks help early detection and prevention.

It might seem a tad contradictory, but soap is actually the bad guy in this story.

Especially down there (and I’m not meaning Australia). Ge****ls should only be washed with water, and perhaps mild soap (but the latter is not necessary). The right acidity in soap is really crucial:[1]

Even washing the va**na with harsh soaps or gel wash can dry the va**nal mucosa and causes tiny cuts, which make a perfect place for bacterial or fungal growth and worsen the previous va**nal infection.

Women who wash up too much with typical shower gels are much more prone to bacterial infections, which might turn them into smelly cats — which yet again might sound a tad contradictory.

But it is true.

In case of men, sm**ma on the g***s p***s should be removed as well with water and mild soap, and nothing more. (Don’t leave it there to build up: it can lead to bad smells, infections and is even thought to be a factor in developing pe**le cancer.)

Being “too clean” actually exists, and it is a scientifically proven fact that children who grow up in houses which are too sterile, in families where’s too much washing up, and without pets, are much more in risk to develop allergies.

In fact, children who grow up in families with pets from an early age — such as farmer children — have a much lower risk to have some kind of allergy later in life.

But when it simply comes to showering, the bottom line (pun intended) is that we use too much shower gel, especially when it comes to our ge****ls and the like.

It sounds really weird, but by being too clean, we actually can become very dirty, and worse.

And if you ever smelled bacterial vaginosis, you know what I mean.

Consuming water at night has different consequences for people with varied health situations.

For those who have healthy statuses, it is advisable to consume an adequate quantity to counter dehydration, while an excessive amount will lead to disrupted sleeping moments due to frequent urination.

For patients with kidney disorders or heart complications, it is advisable to limit fluid consumption at night to prevent complications.

For seniors, urinating frequently increases accidents such as falling.

Overactive bladder disorders will worsen if patients consume water before retiring to bed.

People should drink water earlier in the daytime if they experience frequent urination at night or if they have dehydration symptoms; it is advisable to contact a doctor.
