And so, we had our NIA Plateau State chapter dinner over the weekend and it was a nice one.
The 4th slide na my personal people, my fellow doing amazing things on the Plateau.

We make news without making noise. That’s how we roll.

We had a problem to solve here.

The roof was leaking badly.

What could have caused that?
- The slope/ gradient wasn’t steep enough.
- Mixture or material ratio must have been poor.
- Poor and unsupervised workmanship.
- Lack of proper supervision.
- Wrong size of drainage pipe.

Concrete roofs and their wahala.

The second picture is a concrete roof o that almost resembles sambisa forest. Lol!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏾‍♀️

This sort of roof option is doable but it has to be done well if not, you will suffer the consequences in no time.

They also need to be maintained regularly.

Ensure your drainages are not blocked, ensure debris doesn’t gather on it.

Sometimes, the weekends are even busier than the weekdays. Who can relate?

As you go to buy those materials, check to ensure that the size of your rods ie the diameter is exactly what it is, if not, Matthew 7vs27 will be your portion. God forbid!!

And what tool do you use? A caliper.
