One thing I'm learning as a coach is that every woman's journey is different.

Let's take, for instance, two women. Let's call them Beauty and Joy.

Beauty is struggling with ovarian cysts and conception.

Joy is a student struggling with a stopped period, but she's not ready to conceive yet.

Can you see the difference?

They are not the same, even though they have the same coach.

This is why I don't use Beauty's case to handle Joy's situation.

For Beauty, we would first need to understand the type of cyst she has and whether it needs treatment. We would also need to assess other factors that may be affecting her chances of conception and provide appropriate support based on her situation.

Joy, on the other hand, is a student who wants her period to return because she's not ready to conceive yet.

Her needs are different, so the approach will also be different. We would need to understand why her period stopped before deciding on the appropriate next steps.

If I use the same approach for both women without considering their individual situations, I may not be providing the right support for each of them.

Now, why am I sharing these two examples with you?

Because your approach to managing your reproductive health should depend on what you're experiencing and what needs to be addressed.

This new week, I want you to take a closer look at your current approach.

Are you only reading books and expecting to see results?

Are you relying on a meal plan alone to address ovarian cysts?

Are you taking herbal mixtures to restore your period without knowing why it stopped?

Or are you taking medications on your own, all in the name of balancing your hormones?

You may need to reconsider your approach this week.

Sometimes, the problem is not that you're doing nothing. It may be that you're focusing on an approach that doesn't address the actual cause of what you're experiencing.

Remember, reproductive health concerns are not all the same, and they don't all require the same approach.

That's why proper assessment matters. Understanding what is happening in your body helps you make better decisions about the care and support you need.

That's why I value understanding each woman and providing guidance that suits her needs.🤍

You don't have to keep guessing. Start by understanding your body and seeking the right support for your situation.

Happy new week, family.🤍

09/10/2026

What makes you think you'll be more intentional about your reproductive hormonal health in 2027 when you're not taking action in 2026?👀

You tell yourself:

"I don't think I can achieve my health goals this year. Maybe I should just start in 2027."

"By then, I'll have enough time to be intentional about it."

But let me ask you something,

What makes you think that when 2027 comes, you will suddenly become more intentional about your health?

If you keep postponing the necessary steps today, there is a possibility that you may find yourself having the same conversation with yourself next year.

And before you know it, another year has passed.

The truth is, you still have three months left in 2026. What you do with that time matters.

Do you know that one of my clients was able to achieve her desired results within two months?

And no, I'm not talking about restoring a missed period this time. I'm talking about a woman who was trying to conceive.🤍

Now, I'm not saying that everyone will achieve the same results within two months. Every woman's reproductive health situation is different, and there are no guaranteed timelines.

But her experience reminds us that meaningful progress can happen when you understand your situation, take the appropriate steps and remain consistent.

So, why have you already written off the remaining months of this year?

You still have time to start paying attention to your reproductive hormonal health.

You still have time to learn more about your menstrual cycle, understand your ovulation patterns and seek answers to the concerns you've been having about the sp erm challenges, ovarian cyst, fertility issues.

You still have time to stop guessing and start taking intentional steps.

But that won't happen through wishes alone.

YOU NEED TO MOVE FROM TALKING ABOUT CHANGE TO TAKING ACTION.

So, let me ask you:

What are you doing about your reproductive hormonal health right now?

Are you taking the time to understand what may be affecting your menstrual cycle, ovulation or fertility?

Are you seeking appropriate medical evaluation where necessary?

Are you learning from reliable health resources?

Are you getting the guidance and support you need?

If you need personalised support, consider investing in a coaching programme that suits your needs and budget.

If you prefer to learn independently, get a reliable health book, read it and apply what you learn appropriately.

Whatever approach you choose, make sure you're taking practical steps rather than postponing everything until next year.

The remaining months of 2026 are not useless. You can still make meaningful progress.

You may not achieve every goal before the year ends, but you can begin working towards them now.

And please remember, your reproductive hormonal health deserves attention beyond the pressure of a deadline.

Don't rush your body. Don't compare your journey with someone else's. Just stop putting off the steps you can take today.

You don't have to wait until 2027 to start taking your reproductive health seriously.

If you're dealing with missed or irregular periods, ovulation challenges, ovarian cysts or fertility concerns and need personalised guidance, my Private 1:1 Coaching is available.

Let's look at your situation properly and discuss the next step for you.

IF YOU’RE TRYING TO CONCEIVE, YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR MENSTRUAL CYCLE SERIOUSLY. HERE'S WHY...

And I’m not saying this just because I’m a Reproductive Hormonal Balance Coach.

From my experience working with women on their reproductive hormonal health, I’ve noticed something:

The women who take accountability for their menstrual cycle usually make my work easier and, more importantly, give us better information to work with.

Some use a period-tracking app.
Some use their phone’s notepad.
Some simply write it down somewhere they can easily access.

And I always appreciate it because when we need to look at their cycle, we are not sitting down trying to remember:

"When did your last period start?"
"How many days did it last?"
"When did the previous one come?"
"Was this month different from last month?"

We have the information right there.

On the other hand, when a woman doesn’t keep track, we sometimes end up calculating dates based on memory.

And honestly, Sis, that can become a guessing game.

You cannot take your fertility journey casually and expect to have all the information you need when making decisions about your reproductive health.

Your menstrual cycle gives you important information about your reproductive health, and tracking your periods can help you understand your cycle and identify patterns over time.

But Sis, this reminder is not ONLY for women who are trying to conceive.

Not trying to conceive but you still menstruate? This is your reminder to start tracking your menstrual cycle too.

You should know when your period starts, how long it lasts and whether there are changes from one cycle to another.

This can help you become more aware of your menstrual health and notice patterns that may be worth paying attention to.

So please, if you’re trying to conceive and you’re not already tracking your period, start today.

Download a period-tracking app.

Or use the notepad app on your phone.

Or simply create a note where you record:

— The first day your period starts
— How long it lasts
— Any unusual ble eding or changes you notice
— Other cycle information your healthcare professional may need

It may look simple, but small acts of accountability can make a big difference in how well you understand your reproductive health.

And please don't wait until you need the information before you start recording it.

Start now.

Your fertility journey deserves intentionality.

And if you’re dealing with irregular or missed periods, ovulation challenges, ovarian cysts or fertility concerns, don’t just keep guessing. Get the appropriate medical evaluation and understand what may be affecting your reproductive health.

It’s not too late to start taking your reproductive health more seriously.

Type "BOOK" in the comments or send me a DM if you want to work with me through Private 1:1 Coaching.

06/10/2026

I was at the salon to make my hair, and this experience taught me something.

Since it has always been my younger sister who makes my hair, I just assumed other people would handle my hair the same way she does.

My younger sister is so gentle with my hair. You barely feel any pain when she is making it.

She also knows exactly how I like my hair, quick, neat, and not too tiny. I’m not the type to sit for hours making my hair.😂

But because her location is quite far from mine, I decided to try another salon.

One of the reasons I chose this particular salon was because she had an apprentice, so I thought, at least this hair will be done quickly.😂

Madam, tear one line and fix.😩

Gosh!

I was already stretching my neck from the pain. Even while she was plaiting it, I told her, "Please, gently, Ma. It’s painful."

Maybe she thought I was joking because it was not until she finished that first section that I politely said, "Ma, I'd like to switch to cornrows. I no fit continue this braid style." 🥹

Then she said to me with a calm voice, "Don’t worry, this time I’ll be gentle."

She loosened the first section and started again.

This time, I didn't feel any pain.

I was relaxed.

She adjusted the way she handled my hair, reduced the pressure of her hands, and that was it.

Problem solved.

I didn't know that all I needed to do was speak up and allow her to adjust her approach.

And I started thinking...

Why am I sharing this?🤔

Because sometimes, we do something once, it doesn't work the way we expected, and we conclude that nothing will ever work.

You tried one approach for your reproductive health and didn't see the changes you wanted.

You tried another one.

Still nothing.

And now you're tired.

You've lost hope.

You don't even want to try anything else because you've concluded that "all of them are the same."

But that's exactly what I did with the salon.

I assumed every person's hands would be the same as my sister's.

They weren't.

The approach was different.

And once I communicated what I was experiencing, the approach was adjusted, and I was comfortable.

The same applies to your reproductive health journey.

I have worked with women who had already tried different approaches without getting the changes they were hoping for.

When they came to work with me, we didn't just rush into doing the same thing again.

We looked at their concerns, paid attention to their menstrual cycle, ovulation, nutrition and lifestyle, and worked on the areas that needed attention.

And no, the changes didn't happen overnight.

It required proper implementation, consistency, follow-up and accountability.

So please don't conclude that because something didn't work for you before, nothing will ever work for you.

If you've been dealing with ovarian cyst challenges, missed or irregular periods, ovulation challenges or fertility concerns, there may still be areas that need to be properly understood and addressed.

Some ovarian cysts resolve on their own, while others require medical monitoring or treatment depending on their type, size and symptoms.

Menstrual changes and ovulation challenges can also have different causes, so the goal is not to guess, we need to understand what may be happening and take appropriate steps.

Don't assume you've reached the end of your reproductive health journey simply because your first approach didn't give you the result you wanted.

Sometimes, what you need is to reassess, make adjustments and keep going.🤍

And if you're ready to stop guessing and want personalised guidance with your reproductive hormonal health, you can reach out to me about my Private 1:1 Coaching.

Your journey deserves intentionality.
Your health deserves attention.
And you deserve to keep learning and taking the right steps.🤍

Couldn’t achieve your reproductive hormonal health goal last week? Don’t carry last week’s energy into this week.

This week is here, and you should leverage it.

Don’t just start another week. Review the last one. Your progress can teach you what needs to change.

Take a moment to look back at how you handled things last week.

What was working, even if slowly?

What didn’t work at all?

What can you do differently this week?

Sometimes, it may not be about changing everything.

Same routine, but a different approach.

Maybe it was the way you managed stress last week.
This week, manage it better.

Maybe it was your food and drinks.
This week, be more intentional about what you consume.

Maybe you weren’t following your doctor’s or health coach’s guidance consistently last week.
Go back to it and do better this week.

Whatever it is, don’t carry last week’s discouragement into this week.

Don’t wear discouragement this week, oh.❌

Wear the garment of joy.💃🏾

Fight for your reproductive health this week, but do it in a healthy way that brings you peace.

Handle your reproductive health with joy this week.

Don’t allow discouragement to steal your joy.

Stay happy. Stay intentional. Stay consistent.

Same goal.
Same routine.
Different approach.
Different energy.

This week, show up for yourself again.🤍

FROM OVARIAN CYST CHALLENGES TO "I’M PREGNANT" AND NOW, MOTHERHOOD.🥹🤍

Another beautiful motherhood milestone for this brand.

This one sweet me.💃🏾

Let me share a little about this journey.

But Sis, if you’re trying to conceive, dealing with ovarian cyst challenges, or struggling with ovulation, please don’t just type "Congratulations" and scroll past.

I want you to learn from this story and understand that your own journey also deserves intentionality, proper guidance, consistency, and patience.

Late last year, one of my clients reached out to me with concerns around ovarian cyst, ovulation and fertility.

She registered for my 30 Days Reproductive Hormonal Reset Workshop, and we started with a one-on-one consultation session.

I provided her with natural, science-backed recommendations, a personalised meal plan, lifestyle guidance and consistent follow-up.

We also tracked her menstrual cycle and paid attention to her ovulation and overall hormonal environment.

Within a month, I asked her to go for another scan, and the previously identified cyst was no longer reported.

That was a major moment for us.

But I didn’t relax completely.

One step had been achieved, but we still had to pay attention to her hormonal environment, ovulation and conception journey.

With consistency and continued support, conception followed.🤍

And yes, she went on to receive antenatal care while we continued supporting her with healthy nutrition, lifestyle guidance and accountability throughout the journey.

This is why I always talk about intentionality and consistency.

She didn’t get this result by simply wishing for it.

She invested her time, commitment and resources into the process, and she stayed consistent.

And that is one of the benefits my clients receive.

When you work with me, I don’t just disappear after the first result.

There is continued guidance as you move into the next stage of your journey, while also encouraging you to stay accountable to your healthcare professionals and follow the appropriate medical care.

A lot has gone into this journey, and yes…

THIS BRAND DESERVES THIS CELEBRATION. 🥹🤍

I ACCEPT CONGRATULATIONS.💃🏾

If you’re currently struggling with ovarian cyst challenges, missed or irregular periods, ovulation challenges, or fertility concerns, and you want personalised guidance for your reproductive hormonal health, I’m available to work with you through my Private 1:1 Coaching.

26/09/2026

I have worked with clients from Nigeria, Kenya, Cameroon, the US and other places, and there is one thing I have noticed that doesn't change.

It affects everyone, regardless of where you are.

It's called STRESS, and not just everyday stress, but CHRONIC STRESS.

Research has shown that chronic stress can affect the body's hormonal regulation and may contribute to reproductive health challenges in both men and women.

But what exactly is chronic stress?

There is acute stress, which is short-term stress.

For example, you have a deadline, an unexpected situation happens, or something suddenly makes you worried.

Your body responds to it, and once the situation is over, your body can gradually return to its normal state.

That type of stress is a normal part of life. It is not necessarily a problem on its own.

Then there is chronic stress.

This is long-term stress that continues for weeks, months or even longer.

Sometimes, what starts as short-term stress can become chronic when the stressor continues and your body doesn't get enough time to recover.

It's that state where your body is repeatedly in "work mode."

You keep grinding.

You keep pushing.

You keep dealing with one thing after another.

And there is barely any breathing space for your body to recover.

Your stress-response system stays activated for too long, and this can affect different processes in the body, including hormonal regulation.

I have said this over and over again: stress is a normal part of life, and you cannot completely avoid it.

But you see, chronic stress can affect your body in many ways.

So, don't ignore it.

If your work requires you to show up today, please do your work. But after that, make time to care for your body and manage your stress.

I’ll share some practical ways to manage stress in the comments section.👇🏾

You don't have to try everything. Just choose at least one and start today.

Happy weekend, family.🌸
