Direct postoperatief resultaat na gesloten (geen littekens) rhinoplastiek via de let down techniek bij een 33 jarige vrouw. De hump is gereduceerd en de tip is verfijnd en gelift. Er is nog wat oedeem in de tip. Dit zal verdwijnen in de loop van de komende maanden.

Immediate postoperative result after closed (no scars) rhinoplasty using the let down technique. The hump has been reduced and the tip refined and lifted. There is still some edema in the tip. This will disappear in the coming months.
