I have been called to step up in a bigger mission. To help women transform on a deeper level.

Don't get me wrong, working as a relationship coach is great, and I still use the tools, but working with you to go deeper into your hidden layers and clear your blocks is what I came here for.

Going deep, where you normally are afraid to go. Seeing yourself in a more loving and strong way. Not making yourself small or shrinking yourself, but taking up your space, sharing your truth, and being who you came here to be.

With all of your pain, your imperfections, and your rawness.

I see you, the real you. The fire, the Phoenix who is ready to rise but still doesn't know how or which step to take.

Know this. You are not alone, Sister. Women all over the world are awakening, healing, and remembering that there is so much more sacredness to life than you perceive right now.

When I work with you, we go into rituals, bodywork, visualizations, coaching, and practices that you have to continue afterward.

It's not passive. You have to do what is asked of you to see the difference.

We don't need more talk. We need more action to make the changes we wish to see in our lives.

I found out two months ago that I have hypothyroidism, which means my thyroid hormone levels are too low. My doctor prescribed medication that, according to current medical guidelines, I will likely need to take for the rest of my life.😒

I knew something was off when I started feeling exhausted in the middle of the day, waking up tired, and feeling emotionally flat. If you know me, you know this is the complete opposite of who I am.

I'm usually a very energetic person who wakes up feeling powerful and ready to take on the day (Generator here 🙋‍♀️). Emotionally, I would say there was always a fire burning inside me, as my Greek heritage was definitely alive and well. So experiencing all these symptoms made me feel sad and completely disconnected from myself.

If you know me a little deeper, you also know I'm not someone who gives up easily. So I wanted answers and did ALL the tests. Cortisol, hormones, gut health, blood work, viruses, cells, serotonin... everything.

And here is what I found out.

I'm one step away from leaky gut. My estradiol was very low. My serotonin levels are low. My cells need more energy.

On one hand, I'm grateful that I finally know what is going on. On the other hand... what the heck is happening?! Seriously... F*ck!!

So here is what I'm doing to support my healing:

A lot of supplements, and I mean A LOT.

Zinc, vitamin D, omega-3, probiotics, prebiotics, maca, boron, L-glutamine, aloe vera, NAD, GABA, 5-HTP, and probably a few others that aren't coming to mind right now. And of course, meditation for my hormones.

I also stopped eating gluten, sugar, and dairy. Basically, everything I enjoyed had to go. The only thing left is my coffee, which I'm obsessed with, and I honestly don't know if I'll ever give that up.

Next steps:

• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cellular repair.
• EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) to help support detoxification and reduce pathogen load.

What I've learned through all of this is that so much begins in the gut and it's my main focus.

After trying all these things, and still continuing with them, I do feel somewhat better. But I know there is still a long road ahead.

My health has always been a priority, but right now it is under a microscope.

Imagine arriving at your very first women's truffle retreat. ✨🌿

You feel the tension and the excitement. You have never done something like this before, and you don't know exactly what to expect.

You ring the bell, and one of the women opens the door with a warm welcome. You immediately feel safe and seen. 🤍

We gather all together and have a little chat. After a while, we start explaining what you can expect on the first day.

You make yourself ready for the first day's ceremonies. A warm welcome into our yurt, where you choose a card from a deck and read a message from the universe. ✨

A warm cup of ceremonial cacao is offered, and we begin an inner journey with a guided meditation where you meet your inner child and spend some time together. After that, I guide you through a powerful Future Self Activation where you clearly see who you are becoming and what it feels like to be her NOW. 🌹

After that, there is some sharing time, and then we begin the Sacred Rage Release. Here, you release all the trapped emotions, all of the anger that is in your body but can't be expressed because of shame and guilt. Maybe you were never allowed to be angry or share how you truly feel. For some women, it is the first time they have ever done something like this. The feeling is liberating, and you finally feel calm in your body. So much release and letting go of what no longer serves you. 🔥

Next we move into transformational breathwork. It is not a quiet breathwork session as you may think. We go deep and enter a trance-like state. Your body starts to shake, move, and release. You let your body do the work. Some women have visions, others start crying... everything is welcome. 💫

The process can be intense, but very transformational.

Once this is complete, there is time for integration and dinner. 🌿

Wild Woman Festival,

3 days of laughter, tears, screams, dance, sun, and thunderstorms.

Being truly me. Truly seen, loved, held, and cared for.

What a transformation. Every time I come here, I'm closer to myself, I heal a part of me. Parts that I try to hide, parts I do not fully allow myself to feel. But when I am here, the masks fall away.

The rawness of these women blows my mind, and I am filled with deep gratitude and so much respect for all of these queens.

The theme of this year was The Rise of the Queen, and this picture was my moment. The moment where I could crown myself, reclaim my throne, and be seen and cherished by my sisters.

Intense, frightening, liberating, ecstatic...

Words cannot describe what happened during these 3 days, but our hearts were touched forever.
