At the end of April, I was invited to give all the horses at BONANZA a full osteopathic check-up before the tourist season started.
What an incredible place! These horses truly live in paradise, surrounded by nature and cared for with so much love. Carine .bonanza is an amazing owner who goes above and beyond to make sure every horse is healthy, comfortable, and happy. Making sure they are in top shape before welcoming guests says everything about her dedication.
Two of the horses received a follow-up treatment in June, and it was incredibly rewarding to see their progress. Horses that had previously shown clear signs of discomfort when being touched in certain areas, or would walk away during saddling or mounting, were now completely relaxed. They showed no pain responses and stood calmly throughout the process. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do—because a horse’s body language never lies.
