Some menopause-related symptoms

I believe many women can manage a large part of their midlife health challenges themselves once they understand what is happening and which patterns may be contributing.

That is why I offer the Midlife Lifestyle Review: a structured assessment based on several weeks of simple tracking.

I analyse the information, look for recurring patterns and possible connections, and give you feedback as the picture develops. If something important becomes clear early, I may suggest simple adjustments straight away.

At the end, you receive a detailed report with the main findings, priorities and practical next steps.

You can use it as your own roadmap and decide what you want to change yourself.

If you want the full PDF explaining how the Review works, send me REVIEW in a DM.

Please allow me a little time to respond. I don’t use automated DM replies, so every message is read personally and the materials are sent manually.

ALWAYS TIRED IN YOUR 40S?

If you have noticeably less energy in your 40s, it is easy to explain everything with hormones. But fatigue during the menopause transition rarely has a single cause, so the usual advice to sleep and rest more may not address what is driving it.

Several factors may be contributing at the same time:

• interrupted or poor-quality sleep, including sleep disrupted by night sweats;
• prolonged work, family and emotional demands;
• inadequate energy or nutrient intake;
• either too little or too much physical activity;
• insufficient recovery for your total load.

Similar symptoms can also occur with iron deficiency, thyroid disorders, sleep apnoea, depression, medication side effects and other medical conditions. Persistent fatigue should therefore not automatically be accepted as a normal part of ageing or attributed entirely to hormones.

Understanding what is driving it requires looking at the whole picture: sleep quality, menopausal symptoms, nutrition, physical activity, recovery, daily demands, mental health and possible medical factors. Fatigue in midlife is often multifactorial, so it is rarely resolved by changing just one thing.

I shared my full-body strength workout on my Instagram profile.

You don’t have to live in the gym to become stronger and improve your stamina after 40. Bodyweight exercises and resistance bands can make a real difference.

What matters most is a well-designed program, proper exercise technique, and consistency.
