One of the most important predictors for whether or not someone will grow up emotionally healthy is learning how to identify and label emotions in childhood.

Were you taught how to understand your emotions as a kid? Did you learn this through parents, friends, romantic partners? How old were you when you "figured yourself out"?

After having lived through one of the most difficult times in our lives- the COVID crisis- it seems as though a lot of people just can't wait to get back to their normal lives!
If you are one of these people, you might have already realized that...the normal we once knew is no more. The world is moving forward, and it seems like our only option now is to move with it rather than get stuck on "an ideal time" from our past.
But of course, this is easier said than done...

Here is my story about what the pandemic taught me about mental health, and how this set me on a journey to move with the times and (hopefully) make a change in people's lives. :)
