After an incredible journey through Sri Lanka, I’m so happy to be returning to the massage room at Yoga Moves. 🇱🇰🌿

I’m bringing back a little bit of that island magic and a lot of fresh energy to my sessions. Whether you need deep release or a complete relaxation session, I can’t wait to hold space for you again.

I’ve missed the community here and the specific magic of the Utrecht studios. I’ll be back on the schedule from June 7th, ready to help you navigate tension, stress, and everything in between.

This extended practice is an invitation to explore and embody what supports your cyclical nature. We’ll explore the art of noticing, feeling, and cultivating a deeper relationship with our inner rhythms.

🧘‍♀️ We will discover asanas that support the female reproductive system and help release tension in the pelvic area — think hip openers and fluid spirals.

🌬️ Pranayama practice will guide us into a deeper connection with the body by calming the nervous system — specifically by activating the parasympathetic response — and bringing us out of the mind and into sensation.

🤲🏼 Mudra (hand gestures) will be used to direct the flow of prana (life force energy) and to support focus and presence during the meditation.

This class is open to all levels.
