# # # WAAROM PBN INSTRUCTEUR WORDEN?

Omdat Parkinson Boksen veel verder gaat dan iemand leren stoten op bokspads of een bokszak.

Onze opleiding is gericht op het **professioneel, veilig én uitdagend trainen van mensen met Parkinson.**

Daarbij gebruiken we niet alleen boksen. Technieken en principes uit **meerdere Oosterse vechtkunsten** maken onderdeel uit van onze manier van trainen.

Je leert onder andere:

✔ Werken met de Stoplichtregels
✔ Het Off-day protocol toepassen
✔ Neurologisch gericht trainingen opbouwen
✔ Intensiteit aanpassen zonder de uitdaging weg te nemen
✔ Parkinson-specifieke trainingsprincipes toepassen
✔ Verschillende vechtkunsttechnieken doelgericht inzetten

**Je wordt dus niet opgeleid om alleen een boksles te geven.**

Je wordt opgeleid om te begrijpen **waarom je iets doet, wanneer je het inzet en wanneer je juist moet aanpassen.**

Dat is het verschil tussen zomaar training geven en **specialistisch begeleiden.**
