The National Laboratory for Immunology Research (NLIR) is a laboratory specialized in cutting-edge immunological tests. It has been established in 2021 to provide excellent service and specialized tests in clinical immunology. Immunological tests at NLIR are supervised, verified and performed by first and only Immunopathologist of Nepal trained from Medanta, New Delhi. Among these specialized test

s are ANA, dsDNA,C3,C4, Anti TPO antibodies, Anti cardiolipin antibodies, Beta2 glycoprotein test, ENA panel, AntiCCP, RF,CRP,MPO,PR3, Coomb's test. Along with Immunological tests, we also perform hematological, clinical biochemistry and histo-pathological tests. We also have the facility for biopsy of the skin, kidney, nerve and muscle with tissue immuoflurescence for auto-antibodies. We take pride in laboratory testing and clinical consultation in several broad areas including the evaluation of Autoimmune disease, Immunodeficiencies, immunoproliferative disorders and allergy as well as having responsibility for some aspects of infectious disease serology.
